Bardstown Rehabilitation Services is a 6,500 square foot outpatient facility in historic Nelson County providing Physical, Occupational, Speech and Massage Therapy services. Bardstown Rehabilitation specializes in orthopedic conditions, Hand therapy, Lymphadema, Wound care management, Industrial rehab, Sports medicine, and aquatic therapy. Our therapists include certified specialists in specific areas such as Certified Lymphadema, Certified Wound Care, Certified Hand, and Athletic Trainer. Bardstown Rehab Services is the official sports medicine provider for Nelson County High School, Bardstown High School, and Bethlehem High School. The clinic's hours are 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday with after hours and Saturday hours by appointment.
