St. Matthews - Spine and Sport is conveniently located at 4121 Shelbyville Road, 2nd floor in Louisville, KY. Our team of dedicated professionals is committed to providing our patients with comprehensive physical therapy encompassing a wide range of diagnoses, including orthopedics, podiatric and neurologic disorders. Each patient is treated for their diagnosis with a specific plan of treatment to allow them to return to their daily activities in life, including work and recreation.
