KORT English Station is on Shelbyville Road in the Middletown Station Shopping Center (in front of old biggs location that is now a Walmart). Our clinic offers manual orthopedic physical therapy with areas of expertise in sports medicine, orthopedics (especially spine, shoulders, feet, and knees). We offer a specialty program for people with fibromyalgia that includes a monthly support group meeting. We provide a friendly, fun environment, focused on returning you quickly to the activity level you wish to attain.

Regina Durbin, PT has over 25 years of experience as a physical therapist. She has a strong manual therapy background, with interests in orthopedics, at all levels, but especially in shoulder, spine and feet. She has 20 plus years of orthotic fabrication experience. She has been the primary physical therapist with the Louisville Ballet Company for the past 5 years. She has a strong background in job analysis and industrial medicine for the injured worker.

Corie Hardin, PTA is a licensed physical therapy assistant with a strong background in orthopedics, having completed her early years as a PTA with the Air Force. She brings strong manual skills as a complement to our clinic’s focus.

Our clinic is spacious and warm and we are equipped to provide most all types of treatment protocols including a Biodex machine for isokinetic testing. In addition, our clinic is a certified provider of post-offer employment tests (POET) through both Worksteps and AEI (Advanced Ergonomics, Inc) .
