Glasgow Physical Therapy is a one level outpatient orthopedic clinic specializing in orthopedics sports medicine, industrial rehab, and electromyography. Dewayne Miller, PT, OCS, ATC, director, is a 1991 graduate of University of Kentucky and a board certified clinical specialist in orthopedics. Dewayne is also a certified athletic trainer. This beautiful, rural community is located near Barren River Lake State Park, 30 miles from Bowling Green and 90 miles from Louisville or Nashville. Glasgow Physical Therapy’s staff includes 3 physical therapists, 1 physical therapy assistant, and 1 massage therapist.
