KORT Goss Avenue is at 1227 Goss Avenue, just up the street from Audubon Hospital, in the Germantown Square Shopping Center. Our clinic has been at this location since 1990. Because of our longevity and commitment to clinical excellence, we have a great rapport with many Louisville area physicians, surgeons, and case managers. We are one of the largest physical therapy clinics in Louisville Metro. With over 20 pieces of BodyMaster equipment, we offer a comprehensive work hardening program, perform Functional Capacity Evaluations, and conduct pre-employment testings.

Tim Nichol, PT, our site coordinator, is skilled in spinal manipulations. He is joined by Katie McBee, PT and Ronald Payne, PTA. This team handles all therapy needs, sports medicine injuries and concerns as well as works with the Louisville Ballet. Completing our team are Angela O’Brien and Pamela Sims – they work hard to ensure that you are greeted with a warm, genuine smile at every visit and that your insurance is filed promptly and correctly.
