The Hand Center is located at 3901 Dutchman's Lane, Suite 104, in the Gould's Medical Center. The Hand Center specializes in upper extremity treatment including: - Hand therapy for orthopedic, neurological and traumatic conditions
- Treatment for the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand
- Custom splint fabrication
- Cumulative trauma intervention
- Sensory re-education
- Lymphedema program
- RSD/Complex Regional Pain Syndrome Program
- Handwriting and fine motor intervention
Our three full-time Occupational Therapists specialize in hand therapy.
Selena McGill, OTR/L, CHT, Clinic Director, is a 1994 graduate from Eastern Kentucky University. She started specializing in hand therapy in 1998 and earned hand therapy certification in 2005. Selena also provides lymphedema treatment services. She joined our KORT team in 2004.
Amanda Edsell, OTR/L, is a 2002 graduate from Spalding University. Amanda specialized in hand therapy in 2003. She joined our KORT team in 2004.
Joyce Lay, OTR/L, is a 1999 graduate from University of Southern Indiana. She joined our KORT team in 2006.
