One of KORT's newest clinic locations is Lebanon Physical Therapy. Chip Miller, a graduate of the University of Kentucky, is the clinical director. Lebanon offers a full range of outpatient services including general orthopedics, industrial rehab, and sports medicine. Lebanon Physical Therapy offers the most flexible hours among local facilities as the clinic is open from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with after hours and Saturday appointments as needed. The Lebanon clinic is conveniently located behind Krogers and close to Marion County High School.
