With a long-standing reputation for being the premier sports medicine rehab facility in the area, we are also an excellent facility for a wide variety of rehab and preventative therapy services including neck and back pain, work related injuries, Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), work conditioning, post-operative conditioning, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Karen Brandenburg, PT, MSPT, OCS, a 2000 graduate from the University of Kentucky, is the clinic director. Karen is a board certified orthopedic specialist in physical therapy and has been with KORT in Richmond since 2002. Her interests include orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, working with injured workers and prevention of workplace injuries. Karen has been a resident of Madison County since 2001 and she states, “I truly love living here and working here in Madison County. I love the people of Madison County! They are wonderful!”

Erin “Nikki” Sanders, PT, MSPT joined our team in 2008. A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Nikki’s areas of interest include orthopedics and manual therapy. Originally from Mercer County, Nikki looks forward to meeting and working with all the wonderful residents of Madison County!
