Tates Creek physical therapy is located in the Tates Creek Kroger shopping center on Tates Creek Rd. in the South end of Lexington. This 1,500 square foot facility offers a friendly atmosphere, convenient location, and the latest of orthopedic rehabilitation. Tates Creek Physical Therapy offers a wide variety of rehab and preventative therapy services for all age groups. Matt Hall PT,OCS is Currently the clinic director at KORT Tates Creek. A graduate of Transylvania University and the University of Kentucky, Matt is a member of the Kentucky and America Physical Therapy Associations. He has been practicing physical therapist for 10 years and has had experience in both inpatient and outpatient facilities. Mr. Hall's areas of professional interest include general orthopedics, industrial/workplace preventative and rehab services, and foot orthotics to correct mechanical gait deviations. Hours of operation: Monday thru Friday 7:30am-6:00pm.
