Welcome to KORT Crestwood!

KORT Crestwood is a 3,500 square foot outpatient physical therapy clinic located across the street from South Oldham High School in Crestwood. We treat a wide range of orthopedic and sports-related injuries, including auto accidents and workers’ compensation injuries. Our therapists have advanced clinical training in treatment of orthopedic conditions and manual therapy techniques.

We take pride in our commitment to provide you with the most current and comprehensive treatment available, including incorporating evidence-based practices in your treatment plan. Clinic director, Audrey Stockwell PT, DPT, CLT is a graduate of Northwestern University where she received both her Master's and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In practice since 2002, she is experienced in treating orthopedic conditions and sports-related injuries. Audrey specializes in working with oncology patients, particularly breast cancer survivors. She is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, treating patients with lymphedema of the extremities and/or trunk. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
Heather Gream, PT, DPT earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Kentucky and her Bachelors of Arts degree in Theater Arts from Columbia College of Chicago. Heather's clinical interests include manual therapy techniques, outpatient therapy, pediatric therapy, and performing artist therapy. Heather enjoys cooking, theater, dance, and traveling the world when she's not helping people return to their favorite activities.
Alecia Lower PTA earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Jefferson Community and Technical College. Her clinical interests include manual therapy techniques, outpatient therapy and neuro rehab. She enjoys being outdoors, playing sports, singing and dancing.
