KORT Elizabethtown Physical Therapy is conveniently located on the corner of Westport Road and Cardinal Drive near the hospital. We offer treatment for various conditions including orthopedic injuries (including all joints and spinal conditions), sports medicine, balance retraining, and fall prevention. Specialty programs include aquatic therapy, work conditioning, fibromyalgia management, and vestibular rehab. Our mission is to provide the highest level of evidence-based care to help you rapidly reach your therapeutic goals. Holly Lewis PT, DPT, OCS is the clinic director and is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics (OCS). Holly earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2008 from the University of Kentucky and a Master's of Science degree in 2002. Holly’s clinical interests include sports medicine and manual therapy.
Melissa Hawkins PT DPT joined our team in 2009. Melissa earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University after earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Kentucky University. Her clinical interests include orthopedics and manual therapy of the spine and shoulder.
Justin Travis PT, MPT earned a Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2005 from Saint Louis University after completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science in 2003. His clinical interests include treatment of the spine and patellofemoral pain syndrome.
