KORT Fern Creek is conveniently located off of Bardstown Road near the Snyder Freeway in the Cedar Springs Center behind Applebee's. We offer manual orthopedic physical therapy and have expertise in sports and work related injuries and other orthopedic conditions. We take pride in providing a friendly, casual environment focused on returning you quickly to the activity level you wish to attain. Our clinic is spacious and warm and we look forward to helping you on your road to recovery.

 

Amy Grizzle PT, DPT earned her Master’s Degree in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky in 2003 and received her Doctorate of physical therapy from Regis University in 2007. She is the clinic director at KORT-Fern Creek. Amy has a strong orthopedic background and is certified to perform ASTYM, a soft tissue mobilization technique used to treat various soft tissue injuries, and perform functional capacity evaluations (FCE’s). Amy has been with KORT since 2004.
Matt Leach PT earned his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in 1999 and has extensive experience in the field of outpatient orthopedics. Matt is certified to perform ASTYM and functional capacity evaluations (FCEs). Matt joined our team in 2004.
Chris Albro PTA is a certified physical therapy assistant and has been working in the field of orthopedics since 2000. Chris is certified to perform ASTYM and has a background in athletics and fitness. He is skilled at manual therapy to facilitate a quick return to function. He has been part of our KORT team since 2001.
