KORT Glasgow Physical Therapy is a 4,350 square foot, state-of-the-art, outpatient facility located in the heart of the Glasgow medical community in the Professional Park area. We specialize in the treatment and rehabilitation of orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, pre- and post-surgical rehab, neck and back problems, arthritis conditions, upper and lower extremity pathologies, work injuries, auto accidents and vestibular rehab in patients of all ages. We also offer athletic training and sport medicine services.
We provide a friendly environment, focused on getting you back to the activity level you wish to attain as quickly as possible.
Dewayne Miller PT, DPT, OCS, ATC has been practicing physical therapy since 1991 and has served as the clinic director of KORT Glasgow Physical Therapy since 1995. Dewayne earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Regis University in 2009 and earned his Physical Therapy degree from the University of Kentucky. A Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), Dewayne is also a certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). He has served as the athletic trainer for Barren County High School since 1995. Dewayne has advanced clinical training a number of areas including: orthopaedic injuries, sports medicine, and manual physical therapy of the extremities, and spinal conditions. In addition, he is a certified Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization (ASTYM) provider. |
