| Tim Nichol, PT, is our clinic director and has been in practice since 1996. A graduate of the University of Louisville with a degree in physical therapy, Tim has extensive training in spinal rehabilitation. He is certified in augmented soft tissue mobilization (ASTYM). | Jane Murphy, OTR/L, CHT, MHS joined our team in 2003. She specializes in the treatment of injuries of the arm and hand and became a Certified Hand Therapist in 1999. In addition, Jane has advanced training in the treatment of lymphedema, is certified to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and is a certified ASTYM provider. She holds a post-baccalaureate certificate and Master's of Health Science in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelors Degree in Allied Health and Biology. | ![]() |
| Hilbert Potter, PT, is a graduate of the University of Louisville Physical Therapy program. Machine gun fire severed his right leg in the Persian Gulf War and he now wears an above-the-knee prosthesis. He started Lower Extremity Amputee Program (LEAP) to help individuals with similar injuries and return them to normal function. He serves as a guest instructor for prosthetics classes at Bellarmine University. He is a certified specialist in industrial rehab and in performing Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE’s). Hilbert brings strong manual skills to facilitate a quick return of function. | ![]() |
| Teresa Smith, PT, DPT, CSCS, earned her Doctorate at the Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, and her Master’s Degree at the University of Kentucky. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Teresa is a member of the Performing Arts Special Interest Group in Orthopedic Section, and a member of the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science.
