KORT Hamburg Physical Therapy is located on the corner of Man O'War and Pink Pigeon (also known as the Anthem building). Parking spaces reserved for our patients can be found at the entrance on the left side of the building. Our clinic is located just inside the left entrance.

We offer manual orthopedic physical therapy of the spine (neck, thoracic and lower back problems) and other joints such as the shoulder, knee, ankle, hip, elbow and wrist/hand as well as vestibular rehabilitation. We also offer aquatic therapy located at the Hilton Garden Inn. Please give us a call to discuss your therapy needs or stop by to meet our team of friendly professionals.

 

Rob Swayze PT, OCS, COMT has been practicing outpatient orthopedic therapy since 1995. He has a specialty certification in orthopedics and manual therapy (COMT) and is a board certified orthopedic specialist (OCS). Rob is committed to providing quality hands on-care for every patient. He wants to help you get better and be equipped with the tools to self-manage your condition on an ongoing basis.
Stephanie Elliot PT, DPT earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Kentucky. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as well as the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association (KPTA). Her clinical interests include manual therapy and orthopedic conditions of the spine.
