KORT Jeffersonville Physical Therapy is a 2,100 square foot outpatient orthopedic facility. We're conveniently located at 1725 E. 10th St. (Hwy 62), approximately 2 miles northeast of I-65 (Exit 1), in Jeffersonville, IN. We specialize in the treatment of general orthopedic, spinal, neurological, and sports related conditions and offer a variety of services including: Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE), EMG study/NCV test, vestibular rehab, fibromyalgia, anodyne, and work hardening/work conditioning. We use the latest in evidence-based manual therapy techniques to help you quickly get back to normal activities.

 

Eric Wolfe, MSPT, the new Clinic Director for Jeffersonville Physical Therapy, earned his Master's Degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Findlay in Ohio, in 2010. He has a Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University Southeast.
Anne Wilt PT, MPT has experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. A native of West Virginia, Anne earned her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from West Virginia University in 2006.
Danyelle Purvis PTA, graduated in 2007 from Jefferson Community College. Danyelle grew up in Louisville, KY but has lived in the Jeffersonville area for 12 years. Danyelle is ASTYM certified and has experience with outpatient orthopedics as well as inpatient neurological rehab experience with stroke, brain injury and pediatrics. Danyelle enjoys working with all patients – from infant to geriatric. Danyelle loves outdoor activities such as: canoe/kayaking, hiking, biking, and camping with her husband and two children.
