KORT Lebanon is conveniently located in the Kroger Plaza next to Marion County High School. We offer a broad range of therapy services for both Occupational and Physical Therapy. We're committed to providing excellence in therapeutic services including sports medicine, general orthopedics, industrial rehab, pre/post operative rehab, preventative therapy, fall prevention/balance, back and neck pathologies, functional capacity evaluations (FCEs), and arthritis management. In addition, we specialize in use of manual therapy techniques, including lymphedema treatment. We take great pride in providing The BEST Rehab to our patients. | Clinic Director Kay Israel PT is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where she earned her degree in Physical Therapy in 1995. She is a certified lymphedema provider and specializes in orthopedics and manual therapy. |  |
| Laura Gabehart PT, DPT earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Evansville after completing a Bachelor of Arts degree at Campbellsville University. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as well as the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association (KPTA). Her clinical interests include treatment of spinal conditions and shoulder injuries. |  |
