We want to welcome you to KORT - Downtown Hand. We are conveniently located in the heart of Louisville's Healthcare District in the Norton Healthcare Pavilion. Our Occupational Therapist is a Certified Hand Therapist dedicated to providing the most current and comprehensive care available. Together we will determine your individually-tailored treatment plan to help you quickly return to your daily activities, occupational duties and recreational interests. Our Certified Hand Therapist specializes in the following:

Barbara Harmon-Cowherd, MHS, OTR/L, CHT, is the Director in our new Hand Clinic. She is a Board Certified Hand Therapist and has been in practice since 1991. Her other certifications are for Deep Physical Agent Modalities (DPAM), and Credential in Physical Agent Modalities (CPAM). Barbara earned her BS at San Jose State University and her MHS at the University of Indianapolis.
