KORT New Albany is conveniently located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Grant Line Road and I-265/ Lee Hamilton Highway. (next to Heavenly Ham, Pacers and Racers, and directly across from the BMV). You'll receive personalized, individualized care in an encouraging and upbeat atmosphere at our spacious, ground-level clinic. We treat a variety of injuries including sports injuries, work injuries and auto injuries, work and sports conditioning. In addition, we also offer electromyography and orthotics.

 

Debbie Bolt PT, MSPT is the clinic director. She earned her Master's of Physical Therapy from Florida International University in 2003 and a Bachelor's in Zoology from the University of Florida. She is a certified provider for Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE's) and post offer employment tests (POET) through Worksteps. In addition, Debbie is a certified augmented soft tissue massage (ASTYM) provider.
