Jennifer Murphy Byrne PT, MPT is the clinic director and has been providing physical therapy since 1997. She is a graduate from the University of Evansville with a master of physical therapy degree. She began her career after completing a physical therapist assistant degree from Midway College. She currently serves as an Advisory Board Member of the University of Evansville PT/PTA Program.

As a new practitioner, she was recognized for her outstanding contribution to her profession and awarded the Richard V. McDougall Award "Fledgling Award" by the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as well as the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association (KPTA). An Owensboro native, she is an active member of the Owensboro Chamber of Commerce and is a UK football season ticket holder.
