KORT Preston is a 3,500 square foot outpatient orthopedic clinic located in the heart of Okolona at the intersection of Preston Highway and Outer Loop. We specialize in sports medicine, industrial rehab, functional capacity evaluations (FCE's), orthotics, work and sports conditioning and electromyography. Our team of physical therapists has over 25 years of combined experience.

We are a certified provider of post-offer employment tests (POET) and ASTYM (augmented soft tissue massage). In addition, we are one of the few clinics in Louisville Metro with a Biodex machine for Isokinetic testing.

Lynnuel "Lynnie" Velarde PT, DPT is the Clinic Director. He is a graduate of Bellarmine University, where he earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree as well as earning his Bachelor's Degree in Biology, He specializes in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. Lynnie is certified to perform WorkStrategies Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization (ASTYM).
John Graehler PT, DPT, OCS earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University and is a regional director. A graduate of the University of Kentucky, he is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) and is certified to perform Isernhagen Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs). He specializes in post-operative care for upper and lower extremities as well as the spine.
Emily Heuser PT, DPT is a graduate of Bellarmine University where she earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree as well as earning her Bachelor's in Health Sciences. She specializes in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine.
Aaron Flaherty, PT, DPT, earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy, as well as his Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Kentucky. His clinical interests lie in the treatment of orthopedic and sports medicine injuries. He likes camping, golfing, traveling, ping pong, and flag football. He is active in Our Lady Of Lourdes church.
