KORT Winchester Physical Therapy is conveniently located in the Kroger Shopping Center, serving Winchester and surrounding communities for since 1998. As an outpatient orthopedic clinic, we specialize in industrial medicine, sports medicine, Workers' Comp injuries, auto accident injuries, back and neck problems, arthritis, post-operative treatment, and many other conditions. We accept most major insurance plans as well as Medicare.

Clinic Director James Escaloni PT, MSPT, OCS, Cert. MDT has been practicing physical therapy since 2007. A graduate of the University of Kentucky, he has a Master in Physical Therapy degree as well as a Bachelor of Health Science degree. His clinical interests include orthopedics, sports specific injuries, dizziness/vertigo care, strength training, orthopedic neurology and manual therapy. James is residency trained and board certified in orthopedics, and is one of only a handful of certified McKenzie therapists in the state of Kentucky.
James "Jimmy" Carter PT, MPT is a 2002 graduate of the University of Kentucky. Jimmy has a Master in Physical Therapy degree as well as a Bachelor of Health Science degree. He is a certified TPI Golf Fitness Instructor. His clinical interests include orthopedics and sports specific injuries. In addition to being one of the lead planters and teaching pastors at Mosaic Church of Lexington, Jimmy is also pursuing, concurrently, his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and his Master of Divinity degrees.
Nelson Caudill PT, DPT, CSCS, has a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Kentucky, and a Bachelors of Science in Human Performance Exercise Science from Milligan College in Johnson City, TN. Nelson is a recent addition to the KORT family and is excited about the opportunity to serve the Winchester community’s rehabilitative needs. Nelson is a native and resident of Winchester and has been the Youth Minister at Grace Bible Church for seven years. He enjoys working with athletes and recreationalists, being a certified strength and conditioning specialist and having played collegiate golf. Additionally, his clinical interests include orthopedics, low back pain disorders, and manual therapy.
