KORT Charlestown is conveniently located off of County Road 403 close to the IN 3 and IN 160 intersection in the shopping center next to Jay C.

Our Team

Morgan Blake, P.T., DPT, Cert. Cancer Rehabilitation, Center Director

Morgan earned a doctorate of physical therapy from Bellarmine University and bachelor's degree from Manchester University. She enjoys working with patients of all ages. In her free time, she likes traveling, biking, hiking, playing volleyball and cheering on the Michigan Wolverines.

Kelsey Pennington, P.T., DPT

Kelsey graduated with a doctorate of physical therapy and bachelor's degree in health sciences from Bellarmine University. She enjoys working with dancers and a variety of orthopedic conditions. Kelsey enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, exercising and being with family and friends.

Joselyn Smeltzer, PTA

Joselyn received a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2018 from Purdue University and a physical therapy assistant degree in 2021 from Ivy Tech. She has a background in dance and personal training. She has a passion for helping people and learning about the body. She enjoys volunteering at her church, hiking and having cooking competitions with her husband.

Korree Tharp, Patient Service Specialist

Korree is a Charlestown High School graduate of the class of 2020 where she earned an associate degree, participated in the high school theater and was a member of the golf team. She has grown up in Charlestown and loves to participate in local activities. Korree also has a passion for hiking, traveling, baking and her three dogs.
