Louisville - Crawford Avenue

Jay is a 1990 graduate of the University of Louisville physical therapy program. He has been working in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy for over 30 years and earned board certification in orthopedic physical therapy in 2002. Prior to earning his degree, Jay attended Indiana University Southeast. While on basketball scholarship, he earned academic all American honors and completed a bachelor's degree in general studies. Jay is married with two boys and a granddaughter and enjoys playing golf.

Kirsten earned her doctorate of physical therapy degree from Rockhurst University and her bachelor's degree in health science from the University of Missouri-Columbia. While attending graduate school, Kirsten became a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and served a term as treasurer of the Missouri student special interest group of the American physical therapy association. Kirsten's clinical interests include pelvic health and geriatrics. She has a passion for pelvic floor physical therapy and a desire to educate the population on pelvic health and wellness. In her free time, Kirsten enjoys trying new coffee shops and spending time outdoors, either in the water or skiing in the mountains.

Nick has been a life-long resident of southern Indiana. He received a degree in physical therapist assistant from Ivy Tech Community College. He has worked primarily in orthopedics and industrial medicine. Nick is an avid Indiana University and Indianapolis Colts fan. He also enjoys international travel and meeting people of various cultural backgrounds.
