We are conveniently located 404 Shoppers Drive, Suite B (behind Kentucky Orthopedic & Spine). We treat orthopedic physical therapy with a strong emphasis on hands-on physical therapy, functional activity restoration and individualized care.

Our proven techniques benefit a wide range of individuals suffering from injuries or pain associated with work, auto accident, back and neck or peripheral joint problems (involving the shoulder, elbow, hand, hip, knee, foot and ankle), dizziness and sports injuries.

We are pleased to offer patients access to our specialized CoreVia Pelvic Health program. CoreVia provides care - and relief - to men, women and children who experience pelvic floor dysfunction. Our highly skilled pelvic health physical therapists will help you feel your best.

Our Team

Paige Bradley, P.T., MSPT

Paige earned a bachelor's degree and master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky. She has over 15 years of experience in an outpatient setting and is certified in dry needling. Paige was born and raised in Winchester. She enjoys treating people in her community and surrounding cities and finds great satisfaction when encountering them once they have returned to their normal activities. Paige enjoys spending time with family, working out and watching UK sports.

Beth Anne James, P.T., DPT

Beth Anne, a native of Owingsville, KY, earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Morehead State University. She graduated with a doctorate of physical therapy in 2014 from the University of Kentucky and has served in Lexington treating patients with a variety of conditions ever since. Her areas of interest are general orthopedics and the growing field of pelvic health. She enjoys spending time with family including her husband, daughter and dog . They especially enjoy time visiting Cave Run Lake or various parks around town.
