    KORT Downtown is conveniently located in the heart of Louisville's Medical Center district in the 210 E. Gray Street Medical Building. Our outpatient clinic specializes in manual therapy in treating spine, neck, and back pain and other orthopedic conditions, orthopedic rehab, sports medicine, and industrial rehab. We also provide athletic trainers for Spalding University and Central High School.

    You'll find a friendly, fun environment focused on a returning you quickly to the activity level you wish to attain. We offer early-morning hours and the convenience of noontime appointments to accommodate your work schedule. We work closely with your physician in coordinating your care to deliver needed services and treatment.

    Free parking (with validation) is available for patients in the 210 E. Gray Street garage below our clinic. Our clinic is spacious and warm and we look forward to helping you on your road to recovery. We welcome walk-in patients.

    Chad Garvey, Clinic Director, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT
    Chad Garvey
    Chad earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University as well as a post-Doctoral Certificate in Manual Therapy. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (OCS) and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT). In addition, Chad is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Chad is the clinic director. He is a lead instructor for KORT's orthopaedic residency program in addition to being an instructor to practicing physical therapists and physical therapy students at both the local and national level. He regularly conducts and shares his own research at national physical therapy conferences.
    Debbie Williams, PT, MSPT
    Debbie Williams
    Debbie is the clinic director. She earned her Master of Physical Therapy from Florida International University in 2003 and a bachelor's in Zoology from the University of Florida. She is a certified provider for Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and post offer employment tests (POET) through Worksteps. In addition, Debbie is a certified augmented soft tissue massage (IASTM) provider.
    Andrea (Andi) Johnson, PT, OCS
    Andrea (Andi) Johnson
    Andi earned her Bachelor of Physical Therapy from Indiana University in 2002. She has experience in many areas of PT including home health, acute care, but predominantly orthopedics. She is certified to provide augmented soft tissue massage (IASTM), vestibular rehab, and FMS/SMFA assessments. Andi enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and running.
    Meredith Bosley, MS, OTR/L
    Meredith Bosley
    Meredith Bosley graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2006 with a master's degree of Occupational Therapy. Meredith has been practicing Hand Therapy since 2007, treating 6 years of traumatic hand injuries both at the acute and sub-acute levels. Traumatic hand injuries Meredith has treated include: hand replant, burn to hand and upper extremity, and multiple upper-extremity fractures. Meredith is eligible to sit for her Certificate of Hand Therapy. Her special interests include orthosis fabrication, rehabilitation of tendon and nerve injuries and burn injuries. Meredith has been an employee with KORT since 2013. Outside the clinic, Meredith enjoys her time with family, scuba diving, and swimming.
    Kristen Pollock, ATC
    Kristen Pollock
    Kristen Pollock is nationally certified with the Board of Certification and state certified with the Kentucky State Board of Medical Licensure. Kristen earned her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from The Ohio State University and her master's degree in Exercise Science from The University of Toledo.
    Rebekah Hibbert, ATC
    Rebekah Hibbert
    Rebekah Hibbert is the Head Athletic Trainer at Presentation Academy. Rebekah is a Massachusetts native. She completed her undergraduate at Franklin College, and received her master's in Athletic Training from the University of South Carolina. Prior to working at Presentation, Rebekah worked at Hanover College as the Assistant Athletic Trainer and Ft. Jackson military base as the Head Athletic Trainer for the 1st/61st Battalion. Rebekah will be responsible for coverage of all athletics at Presentation.
