    KORT Springhurst Physical Therapy is conveniently located on Springhurst Boulevard in the Springhurst Crossings Shopping Center. Our clinic offers orthopedic physical therapy and vestibular rehabilitation. We strive to provide a welcoming clinic with a friendly and supportive staff that works well as a team in order to provide patients the best environment to meet their individual needs and goals.

    Robin Harrington, PT, DPT, OCS, Clinic Director
    Robin Harrington
    Robin earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2008. She has a master's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Louisville where she also earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Robin has been the clinical director of Springhurst since November 2007. She has earned her Orthopedic Clinical Specialty certification, completed a Vestibular Competency course, is IASTM certified, and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Robin enjoys spending time with her family, snow skiing, playing piano, and spending time with friends.
    Jennifer Buono, PT, DPT
    Jennifer Buono
    Jennifer earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in 2012. She also has a master's in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She has a strong clinical background in neurological rehabilitation specifically stroke and traumatic brain injuries, and has completed a Vestibular Competency course. In addition, she has clinical interests in manual therapy and general orthopedics. Jennifer is a Certified Pilates instructor and incorporates pilates principles into rehabilitation. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Jen enjoys running, playing tennis, pilates, reading, and spending time with family.
    Katie Lopez, PTA
    Katie Lopez
    Katie earned an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistance from Jefferson Community and Technical College in 2011. She also achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Kentucky Wesleyan College. She is a member of the APTA, and has a clinical interest in manual therapy and orthopedics. Katie enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
    Mike Good, PT, MPT
    Mike Good
    Mike has a Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Louisville in addition to a Master of Sports Medicine degree from the United States Sports Academy. He is also a certified athletic trainer (ATC). Since 2004, he has worked with Bullitt East High School sports teams as their athletic trainer. His clinical interests are orthopedic and sports related injuries as well as manual therapy.
    Chad Flickinger, PT, DPT
    Chad Flickinger
    Chad grew up in Massachusetts before attending the University of New England, located on the southern coast of Maine. While at the University of New England, Chad received a B.S. in Health Sciences followed by his master's in Physical Therapy in 2003. Chad worked in orthopedics in Rhode Island, Northern Virginia and North Carolina before moving to Kentucky. Chad's interests include a wide variety of patient conditions, such as acute and chronic orthopedic and athletic injuries. He also has a special interest in shoulder and knee dysfunction. Chad has always been involved in athletics, starting with ice hockey at the early age of 4. In high school, Chad competed on the cross country, winter and spring track teams. Competing at the NCAA Division III level, Chad was a member of both the cross country and lacrosse teams at the University of New England. During the summer of 2006, he hiked 1,300 miles of the Appalachian Trail. Chad credits his past involvement in athletics and love of the outdoors as the basis for his interest in orthopedics and physical therapy, having required rehab for numerous injuries of his own. Chad lives in Shelbyville with his wife, Ketti and his 2 children. He is still running and playing ice hockey in his spare time.

    Matt Kendzior
    Matt Kendzior, ATC, is nationally certified with the Board of Certification and state certified with Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Grand Valley State University.
