About the KORT Patient Loyalty Survey
At KORT we are focused on providing our patients with an exceptional experience during every visit. To ensure we are meeting our patients' needs, we ask them to complete a survey following their treatment with KORT. Surveys are submitted by actual KORT patients and verified by National Research Corporation, a leader in independent patient satisfaction surveys. National Research Corporation provides the technology used to display ratings and comments on our clinic profile pages so that prospective patients may see what KORT patients have to say about their overall clinic experience.
Who receives the survey?
The survey is offered via email and phone to KORT patients within a few days following an appointment. Patients are asked to complete the survey and provide comments regarding specific aspects of care. Results are used to evaluate patients' overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. We use this feedback as a way to improve and enhance the care we offer.
Do you post all comments?
KORT is committed to transparency. All comments are posted, with these exceptions:
Offensive, slanderous, libelous or profane language; individual's names or detailed descriptions that may jeopardize patient privacy/confidentiality; comments about other providers, departments or instances of care are not posted.
What questions do we ask?
We calculate our star ratings based on responses to the following survey questions:
Why do we ask?
We want to make sure that KORT remains the Best in Rehab, and that our patients receive the best experience possible. At KORT we take the feedback from our patients seriously. We know they spend time completing our surveys and we want them to be assured that we take their comments and suggestions into consideration when assessing how we can improve our processes and procedures. We strive to Be Awesome by providing our patients with the best care possible.
How is patient information protected?
Patient names are never used or displayed with any online rating or comment/suggestion. All personal identification is removed prior to display. Only the comments/suggestions remain.
