KORT is Kentucky's premier provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy specializing in orthopedics, sports and industrial medicine. Since 1987, KORT has provided clinical and customer service excellence to patients in our centers, at employer sites and with high school, college and professional sports teams.

We are pleased to offer patients access to our specialized CoreVia Pelvic Health program. CoreVia provides care - and relief - to men, women and children who experience pelvic floor dysfunction. Our highly skilled pelvic health physical therapists will help you feel your best.

Our Team

Sheila Guess, P.T., DPT, CLT, Center Director

Sheila is a certified lymphedema therapist and cancer rehabilitation specialist. She graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in physical therapy and from Arcadia University in 2018 with a doctorate of physical therapy. Sheila has more than 25 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics. She is a certified clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association and received specialty training in women's health studies, vestibular rehabilitation, TMJ dysfunction and dry needling. She is married with two children and lives in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

Chad Garvey, P.T., DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

Chad earned a doctorate of physical therapy from Regis University and post-doctoral certificate in manual therapy. He is a board certified specialist in orthopedic physical therapy and a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. In addition, Chad is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He is a lead instructor for KORT's orthopedic residency program and an instructor to practicing physical therapists and physical therapy students at the local and national level. He regularly conducts and shares his research at national physical therapy conferences.

Gabrielle Pulliam, P.T., DPT

Gabrielle spent 12 years and three combat tours in the U.S. Army before deciding to switch gears. She graduated with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2015 from Elon University and has worked in New Mexico and Montana, seeing the general orthopedic and pelvic health patient populations. She now focuses on pelvic health with plans to pursue pelvic rehabilitation practitioner certification. Gabby is married with a son, three dogs, two cats and a homestead in southern Indiana. She enjoys singing, cooking and rocking on the porch with family.

Anne Olsanski, PTA

Anne graduated with a physical therapist assistant degree in 2020 from Ivy Tech Community College. She also holds a degree in business administration from Indiana University and spent several years working in information technology. Anne chose to pursue a career in physical therapy after experiencing the positive impact it had on her life, as well as the lives of her family members. She enjoys working with all patients in hopes of helping them to achieve their best possible quality of life.
