KORT is Kentucky's premier provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy specializing in orthopedics, sports and industrial medicine. Since 1987, KORT has provided clinical and customer service excellence to patients in our clinics, at employer sites, and with high school, college, and professional sports teams.

We are pleased to offer patients access to our specialized CoreVia Pelvic Health program. CoreVia provides care - and relief - to men, women and children who experience pelvic floor dysfunction. Our highly skilled pelvic health physical therapists will help you feel your best.

Our extended hours offer you the flexibility of before work or after work appointments. With the convenience of same-day or next-day appointments, you can begin your recovery right away. Our Team

Eric Wolfe, P.T., MSPT, Center Manager

Eric is the center manager and physical therapist at KORT - Jeffersonville. He earned a master's degree in physical therapy in 2010 from the University of Findlay. Eric is originally from Jeffersonville, having graduated from Jeffersonville High School in 1985. He has been working in physical therapy since 1997 and loves treating patients in the outpatient setting. He treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions and is certified in dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, functional capacity evaluations, post-offer employment testing and recovery and reconditioning. His interest include playing golf, recreational sports and spending time with his wife, family and grandchildren.

Emily Clark, P.T., DPT

Emily earned a doctorate of physical therapy from Bellarmine University and bachelor's degree from the University of Louisville. She has experience in orthopedics, work task analysis, work conditioning, functional capacity evaluations, home health, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and kinesio taping. She serves as a clinical instructor, sports conditioning therapist and coaching. She has taken numerous continuing education courses for which she earned certification and is CPR/first aid certified. She has professional membership with Functional Movements Systems.

Nathan Marshall, P.T., DPT

Nathan graduated from the University of Findlay with a doctorate of physical therapy in 2020. He earned his bachelor's degree from Indiana University in 2013. He practiced for five years as a physical therapist assistant from 2015 to 2020. He is originally from Lanesville, IN and graduated from Providence High School in 2009, where he coached boys soccer five years. He enjoys working with patients with a wide range of orthopedic conditions. In his free time, Nathan enjoys playing indoor soccer, running, golfing and watching the Indiana Hoosiers.

Brea Williams-Cockburn, P.T., DPT

Brea is a graduate of Purdue, where she earned a bachelor's degree as a double major in movement and sport sciences and health promotion. She later obtained a doctorate of physical therapy from Georgia State where she served as a graduate assistant for the department of student health promotion. Brea strives to provide an intensive, holistic approach to rehabilitation and wellness. She specializes in orthopedic, spine and sports physical therapy, as well as vestibular therapy. A Jeffersonville native, she recently returned to after living and working in Atlanta for over a decade. Brea enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, following college sports and reconnecting with family and old friends.

Katie O'Neill, P.T., DPT

Katie is a graduate of Bellarmine University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science and doctorate in physical therapy. Her professional interests include hands-on therapy and general orthopedics. She enjoys spending time with family/friends, traveling and watching sports. She also enjoys going to dog shows and competing in sports with her dogs, a miniature Dachshund, Stella, and her Borzoi, Gabriel. She is passionate about helping patients back to their favorite activities and empowering them to be their best.

Megan Goodman, PTA

Megan was born and raised in Louisville, graduated from Jefferson Community & Technical College in 2018 earning a physical therapist assistant degree. She join the KORT team in 2015 as a patient service specialist and physical therapy technician. Megan found her passion in physical therapy after watching family and friend's progress through the rehabilitation process. She enjoys staying active and spending free time with her family and puppy.

Terri Vessels, PTA

Terri grew up in Louisville, and graduated from Angela Merici High School. She moved to southern Indiana in 1993 and graduated from Ivy Tech Community College in 2019 with a physical therapist assistant degree. She has a strong passion for helping others and is enthusiastic about learning. She enjoys reading, swing/ballroom dancing, volunteering, traveling and spending time with family.
