KORT is Kentucky's premier provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy specializing in orthopedics, sports and industrial medicine. Since 1987, KORT has provided clinical and customer service excellence to patients in our centers, at employer sites and with high school, college and professional sports teams.

Our Team

Andrea (Andi) Johnson, P.T., DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT, Center Director

Andi holds degrees in physical therapy from Indiana University and Evidence in Motion. She completed a clinical fellowship in manual therapy from Bellin College. She was board-certified in orthopedics in 2014. She had a case report published in the peer-reviewed Journal of Women's Health Physical Therapy, Volume 43, No. 4, 2019. She is certified in dry needling and enjoys treating patients as a whole person, incorporating lifestyle education into orthopedic treatments. Andi lives in Memphis with her husband and three children. She enjoys reading, traveling and hanging out with family.

Deborah Bruckman, P.T., DPT

Deborah earned a doctorate of physical therapy from Bellarmine University, master's degrees from Ball State University and University of Michigan and bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky. She is originally from New Albany. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and enjoys working with patients of all ages with a wide range of conditions. Deborah enjoys traveling, hiking, running, walking her dogs and spending time with family.

Michael Doebler, PTA

Michael earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Indiana University in 2015 and associate degree in physical therapist assistant in 2019. Michael grew up playing various sports with his brothers and enjoys being active at any opportunity possible. He enjoys watching and playing sports with family and friends and playing drums for his local worship band at Bunker Hill Christian Church. Michael and his wife share a passion for therapy (physical therapy for him; occupational therapy for her) and serving others.

Jacqueline Vick, Patient Service Specialist

Jacqueline attended Eastern High School, class of 2011, as well as Red Rocks Community College and Jefferson County Technical Community College where she focused on early childhood education. She graduated from PJ's School of Cosmetology with an esthetician license in 2017. She has been with KORT since February 2023. When she isn't working, she enjoys pampering her grandma, thrift shopping, reading and spending quality time with friends and family.
