Our Team

Carol Mosby, OTR/L, CHT, Center Co-Director

Carol is the center co-director and received her bachelor's degree in the field of occupational therapy from Eastern Kentucky University in 2000. She received the outstanding occupational therapy student award for her class. Carol is a certified hand therapist who has been working with the physicians at WKONA for more than 20 years. She is also certified in trigger point dry needling, LSVT, blood flow restriction and has received specialized training in the areas of wound care, custom orthotics, Kinesio taping, functional movement screens and more. Carol is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists. She entered the field of occupational therapy with a passion for outpatient orthopedics and enjoys evaluation and treatment of upper extremity injuries and orthotic fabrication. Carol is the hand therapy coordinator for KORT and is an instructor in the KORT hand residency.

Cindy Hudson, P.T., MS, OCS, CKTP, Clinic Co-Director

Cindy came to Bowling Green as a D1 volleyball player for Western Kentucky University. Following WKU, she graduated from the University of Louisville Physical Therapy Program. She has her masters degree in physical education from WKU and began working at WKONA in 2003. She became an orthopedic certified specialist in 2008. Cindy was the primary physical therapist from at WKU from 2012-2017. She worked in close proximity with the team physician and athletic trainers to return athletes to play in the safest time-frame. She has specialty certifications in Kinesiotaping, FMS, Y Balance, SFMA, dry needling, and functional capacity screening. She has experience with vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management and bloodflow restriction therapy. She has treated athletes from high school to the professional ranks over the course of her 26-year career. Cindy is married to WKU head volleyball Coach, Travis Hudson. They have two sons Tyler, 20 and Drew, 16.

Dee McNeily, OT/L, CHT

Dee has practiced therapy in Kentucky since 1998, and her experience includes 18 years in outpatient rehabilitation. She has obtained specialty certifications in hand therapy, lymphedema and ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation. She is a Kentucky native and lives in Warren County. She has three daughters with whom she enjoys spending time. Dee enjoys camping and hiking as a way to unplug and recharge, reading and playing tennis.

Courtney Barrick, M.S., OTR/L

Courtney is originally from Alexandria, KY. She attended Wheaton College where she earned a bachelor's degree in biology in 2014 and then went on to Spalding University to earn her master's degree in occupational therapy. Courtney is certified in deep physical agent modalities and has a passion for outpatient upper extremity orthopedic conditions and orthotic fabrication. She has completed a hand therapy residency through KORT and is in active pursuit of becoming a certified hand therapist. Courtney enjoys spending time with family, traveling, running, hiking and being outdoors.

Lauren Cordova, P.T., DPT

Lauren is originally from Columbus, Ohio. She received a bachelor's degree in allied health in 2015 from Sherom Otterbein University and doctorate of physical therapy in 2018 from The University of Dayton. Lauren's treating passion is women's health and pelvic floor therapy. She is certified through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and two French bulldogs. She stays active by doing weightlifting, CrossFit and local 5K events.

Madison Phelps, P.T., DPT

Madison is from Bee Spring, KY. She received a bachelor's degree in health and human performance in 2018 from Austin Peay State University and doctorate of physical therapy in 2021 from Western Kentucky University. Madison has a special interest in orthopedics and sports medicine. She enjoys CrossFit, traveling, hiking and spending time with family.

Mariann Moore, P.T., CKTP

Mariann is from Lexington, Kentucky. She attended the University of Kentucky and received a bachelor's degree in physical therapy. She has spent the majority of her career providing outpatient services for a variety of orthopedic and sports injuries. She has completed training in functional movement screens, Selective Functional Movement Assessment and dry needling. She is certified in kinesio taping and augmented soft tissue mobilization. Mariann has a special interest in the treatment of joint replacements. She enjoys running, working out and being with family.

Kyle Pierson, P.T., DPT, SCS

Kyle is a native Floridian. After graduating from WKU with a bachelor's degree in biology, he earned a doctorate in physical therapy at University of Central Florida. He is a sport certified clinical specialist and has worked in outpatient orthopedics with high school and collegiate athletics and in-home health care. Kyle loves working with orthopedic post-surgical patients and is passionate about guiding them through the recovery process. He and his wife, Carly, have two children. Kyle is a deacon of Lost River Church and an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys hunting, hiking, traveling and golfing.

Steve Lagermann, P.T., DPT, CSCS

Steve grew up in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He received his undergraduate degree and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Kentucky. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and ergonomics assessment specialist. He is certified in dry needling and has training in performing functional capacity evaluations, job site analysis and post-offer employment testing. He has a passion for helping individuals improve their quality of life so they can get back to spending time with family and friends. He resides in Bowling Green with his beautiful wife, Sarah, and two boys. He enjoys hiking, fishing and working with trail life. When life gets crazy, he reminds himself of Matthew 6:25-34.

Ryan Cox, P.T., DPT

Ryan is originally from Campbellsville, KY. He received a bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 2018 and doctorate of physical therapy in 2021 from the University of Kentucky. Ryan's clinical interests include orthopedics, sports medicine, neurological conditions and hands-on therapy. He especially enjoys developing relationships with patients and helping them over-achieve their goals. Ryan enjoys spending time in the company of his wife, running marathons and all things outdoors.

Melody Jones, P.T., DPT, CMPT, OCS

Melody is a native of Waukesha, WI. She earned an undergraduate degree in exercise science and doctorate of physical therapy from Carroll University. Her clinical interests include orthopedics and sports medicine. Melody is a certified manual trigger-point therapist, having completed advanced dry needling training through Myopain. She enjoys running marathons, hiking and being outdoors with her husband.

Allison Wilson, P.T., DPT

Allison is originally from Bridgeport, CT. She attended Middle Tennessee State University to play soccer and received her bachelor's degree in athletic training in 2004. After working with some college and high school athletes, Allison decided to pursue physical therapy. She received her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2007. She has spent the majority of her career working in outpatient orthopedics working with athletes and patients following total joint replacements. She has training from the McKenzie Institute for spinal injuries and in SFMA and dry needling. Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling and going to sporting events.

Ethan Flynn, P.T., DPT

Ethan earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Western Kentucky University and doctorate in physical therapy from Trine University. Ethan has a passion for helping patients reach their specific goals by coaching them through individualized plans to overcome obstacles and limitations. His interest is in sports medicine, hands-on therapy, orthopedics and geriatrics. Ethan and his wife have twin boys and two dogs. Together, the Flynns spend time at the gym, hiking, cooking and watching sports.

Rebekkah Bean, P.T., DPT

Rebekkah is originally from Tompkinsville, KY. She graduated from WKU in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and obtained her doctorate of physical therapy degree from the University of Saint Mary in 2023. Her interest for physical therapy started after seeing family members go through the rehabilitation process and experiencing physical therapy herself at a young age. Physical rehabilitation has had a huge positive impact on her life and the lives of her family, and she hopes to impact others in the same way. Her clinical interests include orthopedics, total joint replacements and manual therapy. When not in the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband, playing board/card games, hiking, playing tennis/pickleball, running and spending time outdoors.

James Duff, PTA/LMT

James is a native of Bowling Green, KY. He graduated from Midway College with a physical therapy assistant degree, and became licensed in 1998. James also graduated from Natural Health Institute becoming a licensed massage therapist in 2005. He has completed training in functional movement screens, and is LSVT certified for treatment of Parkinson's disease. His clinical interests include orthopedics, sports medicine and manual techniques. James is married and has two sons.

Dawn Harbison, PTA

Dawn has been providing physical therapy at WKONA/GGC since 2003. She is a native of the Smiths Grove, KY area and resides near the area with her husband and three beautiful children. She is a 2002 graduate of Volunteer State Community College with an associate degree and is a licensed physical therapist assistant. She is also a 1997 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the physical therapy field. She enjoys running, swimming, biking and gardening. Dawn's main goal is to provide the best evidence-based treatments possible to help people.

Megan Trimble, PTA

Megan is a Bowling Green, KY native. She received a physical therapist assistant degree in 2018 from Somerset Community College. Megan also has her bachelor's degree in exercise science from Western Kentucky University. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Kentucky chapter. Megan was the 2018 recipient of the Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy's Outstanding National PTA Student of the Year. Her clinical interests include treatment of total joint replacements, manual therapy, sports medicine and women's health/pelvic floor therapy. She has been certified in Levels I and II of Pelvic Rehabilitation through Herman & Wallace. Megan and her husband enjoy being involved with their church, playing golf, traveling, off-roading in their Jeep and being with family, friends and their dog Kash.

Catie Landi, ATC/LAT

Catie is from southern Arizona, growing up an Ohio State fan and showing Quarter horses. She eventually found her way to Ohio State where she studied athletic training, and graduated in 2022 with her bachelor's degree. While at OSU, she worked with the women's soccer, track & field, football, rowing and lacrosse teams. She took her first job at Lindsey Wilson College, working with soccer, swimming, bowling and softball. Catie enjoys getting coffee with friends, spending time her cat, Carmen, and family, as well as learning how to play the bass guitar.

Success Stories

Morton

Morton was involved in an accident at work. Broken bones in his left leg and muscle tears in his right leg resulted in two surgeries and weeks of inpatient therapy. "The real therapy began at KORT," Martin shared. "Therapist Ryan Cox would be there with me every step of my journey over the next months." With Ryan's program and encouragement, Martin was able to progress from using a wheelchair to walking 5,000 steps per day unassisted.
