Our Team

Carol Mosby, OTR/L, CHT, Center Co-Director

Carol is the center co-director and received her bachelor’s degree in the field of occupational therapy from Eastern Kentucky University in 2000. She received the outstanding occupational therapy student award for her class. Carol is a certified hand therapist who has been working with the physicians at WKONA for more than 20 years. She is also certified in trigger point dry needling, LSVT, blood flow restriction and has received specialized training in the areas of wound care, custom orthotics, Kinesio taping, functional movement screens and more. Carol is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists. She entered the field of occupational therapy with a passion for outpatient orthopedics and enjoys evaluation and treatment of upper extremity injuries and orthotic fabrication. Carol is the hand therapy coordinator for KORT and is an instructor in the KORT hand residency.

Cindy Hudson, PT, MS, OCS, CKTP, Clinic Co-Director

Cindy is the clinic co-director and came to Bowling Green as a Division 1 Volleyball player for Western Kentucky University (WKU). Following WKU, she graduated from The University of Louisville Physical Therapy Program. She has her M.S. in Physical Education from WKU. She began working at WKONA in 2003. She became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist in 2008. She was the primary physical therapist from 2012-2017 for all athletes at WKU. She worked in close proximity with the team physician and athletic trainers to return athletes to play in the safest time-frame. She has specialty certifications in Kinesiotaping, FMS, y balance, SFMA, trigger point dry needling, Functional Capacity Screening, concussion Management and bloodflow Restriction therapy. She has treated athletes from high school to the professional ranks over the course of her 22-year career.

Brandi Wolf, M.S., OTR/L, COMT-UL, CHT

Brandi earned a master's degree in occupational therapy in 2017 from Spalding University and bachelor's degree in health and human performance in 2014 from the University of Louisville. She is a certified orthopedic manual therapist for the upper limb, a certification she obtained in 2019. Brandi has clinical interest in orthopedic conditions of the upper extremity, as well as custom splint fabrication. She is passionate about providing great patient care and improving quality of life.

Courtney Zint Barrick, M.S., OTR/L

Courtney earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Wheaton College and master's degree in occupational therapy from Spalding University. Courtney is certified in deep physical agent modalities and has a passion for outpatient upper extremity orthopedic conditions and orthotic fabrication. She is in pursuit of becoming a certified hand therapist. Courtney enjoys spending time with family, traveling, running marathons, hiking and being outdoors.

Dawn Harbison, PTA

Dawn has been providing physical therapy at WKONA/GGC since 2003. She is a native of the Smiths Grove, KY area and resides near the area with her husband and three beautiful children. She is a 2002 graduate of Volunteer State Community College in Galatin, TN, with an Associate of Applied Science degree and is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She is also a 1997 graduate of the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY, with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology. She has 19 years of experience in the Physical Therapy field. Outside of work she is interested in running, swimming, biking, and gardening. Her main goal is to provide the best evidence-based treatments possible to help people. Her desire is to see her patients return to their desired daily, recreational and athletic activities.

Dee McNeily, OT/L, CHT

Dee has practiced therapy in Kentucky since 1998. Her experience includes 15 years in outpatient rehabilitation. She has obtained specialty certifications in hand therapy, lymphedema, and functional capacity evaluation. She has recently returned to Eastern Kentucky University to obtain her clinical doctorate in Occupational Therapy. Dee is a Kentucky native and currently lives in Warren County with her family. She has three daughters with whom she enjoys spending time. Her family likes to go camping and hiking as a way to unplug and recharge.

Hayley Lonergan, PT, DPT

Hayley is originally from St Louis Missouri. She attended Maryville University St Louis where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science followed by a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011. Hayley spent time practicing physical therapy in St Louis, then practiced for 5 years in Memphis, Tennessee, where she developed a passion for outpatient physical therapy. Her clinical interests include general orthopedics, geriatrics, and pediatrics. Hayley and her husband met in high school and were married in 2011. They currently reside in Bowling Green with their daughter and dog. In her spare time, she enjoys date nights with her husband, taking her daughter on new adventures, singing, cooking, meeting new people and spending time with family and friends.

James Duff, PTA/LMT

James is a native of Bowling Green, KY. James graduated from Midway College with a Physical Therapy Assistant degree, and became a licensed PTA in 1998. James also graduated from Natural Health Institute becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2005. He has completed training in Functional Movement Screens (FMS certified), and is LSVT certified for treatment of Parkinson’s Disease. His clinical interests include orthopedics, sports medicine, and manual techniques. James is married and has two sons.

Lauren Canady, PT, DPT

Lauren is originally from Columbus, Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Science in Allied Health from Otterbein University in 2015 and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of Dayton in 2018. She has a special interest in sports medicine, manual therapy and women’s health. Outside of work, she enjoys CrossFit, drag racing and spending time at the lake.

Mariann Moore, PT, CKTP

Mariann is originally from Lexington, Kentucky. She attended the University of Kentucky where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 1989. She has spent the majority of her physical therapy career providing outpatient services for a variety of orthopedic and sports injuries. She has completed training in Functional Movement Screens (FMS), Selective Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Dry Needling. She is also certified in Kinesiotaping and Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization (ASTYM). Mariann has a special interest in the treatment of joint replacements. In her spare time she enjoys running, working out and spending time with her family.

Madison Phelps, P.T., DPT

Madison is originally from Bee Spring, KY. She received a bachelor's degree in health and human performance in 2018 from Austin Peay State University and doctorate of physical therapy in 2021 from Western Kentucky University. Madison has a special interest in orthopedics and sports medicine. She enjoys CrossFit, traveling, hiking and spending time with family.

Kyle Pierson, P.T., DPT, SCS

Kyle is a native Floridian. After graduating from WKU with a bachelor’s degree in biology, he earned a doctorate in physical therapy at University of Central Florida. He is a sport certified clinical specialist and has worked in outpatient orthopedics with high school and collegiate athletics and in-home health care. Kyle loves working with orthopedic post-surgical patients and is passionate about guiding them through the recovery process. He and his wife, Carly, have two children. Kyle is a deacon of Lost River Church and an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys hunting, hiking, traveling or golfing.

Melody Stier, PT, DPT, CMTPT, CPT

Melody is a native of Waukesha, WI, and majored in Exercise Science before going on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Carroll University in 2018. Her clinical interests include orthopedics and sports medicine. Melody is a Certified Manual Trigger-Point Therapist (CMTPT) having completed advanced dry needling training through Myopain. In addition, she is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the American College of Sports Medicine. Outside of the clinic you can find her running, biking, or camping.

Natalie Sykes, PT, ATC, MCMT

Natalie is originally from Chicago, Illinois. She attended Alabama A & M University where she received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry in 1994. Prior to becoming a Physical Therapist, she taught Biology, Chemistry and Physics in Chicago for several years. Natalie graduated from the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2005 with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. She has a special interest in manual therapy, sports medicine and orthopedics. She has completed training in manual therapy, dry needling, IASTYM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), Kinesiotaping and orthotic casting and fitting. In addition, Natalie is a Certified Athletic Trainer. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing and scrapbooking.

Robbie Hinkebein, PT, DPT, ATC

Robbie is a Partner with KORT and Regional Vice President for the KORT-South Region. He holds a Doctorate in Physical therapy from Regis University after receiving his bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Louisville (1996). He also received his bachelor’s in Biology/Chemistry from Murray State University (1993). He is Board Certified in Orthopedics, and is a Certified Athletic Trainer. Robbie currently serves as an instructor/mentor for KORT’s Orthopedic residency program, as well as oversight of KORT’s Sports Medicine program and Home Health program. He is a legislative liaison for the private practice section, and is a member of the National Athletic Trainer’s Association (NATA). Originally from Louisville, Robbie resides in Bardstown with his wife (Stacey), and 2 children (Jameson and McKenna).

Steve Lagermann, PT, DPT, CSCS

Steve grew up in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky in 1997, and later earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Ergonomics Assessment Specialist (CEAS). He is certified in dry needling and has training in performing Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), Job Site Analysis, and post-offer employment testing. He has a passion for helping individuals improve their quality of life, so they can get back to spending time with their family and friends. He resides in Bowling Green with his beautiful wife (Sarah) and two boys. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, fishing, and working with trail life. When life gets crazy, he attempts to remind himself of Matthew 6:25-34.

Ryan Cox, P.T., DPT

Ryan is originally from Campbellsville, KY. He received a bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 2018 and doctorate of physical therapy in 2021 from the University of Kentucky. Ryan's clinical interests include orthopedics, sports medicine, neurological conditions and hands-on therapy. He especially enjoys developing relationships with patients and helping them over-achieve their goals. Ryan enjoys spending time in the company of his wife, running marathons and all things outdoors.

Matt Johnson, P.T., DPT

Matt is originally from Bowling Green, KY. He attended the University of Kentucky, where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2007. Due to his passion for helping others and his strong interest in sports medicine, he went on to obtain his doctorate of physical therapy from UK in 2010. Matt has worked in the outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine setting and has experience treating athletes from youth sports up to the high school and college levels. He has also recently worked in the inpatient rehabilitation and home health settings. Matt has an interest in post-operative orthopedic patients and in helping patients return to competing in sports or participating in their active lifestyle. Matt has been married to his wife, Kelly, since 2012, and they have three children. In his free time, he enjoys weightlifting, vacationing at the beach and attending/coaching his kids sporting events.

Megan Trimble, PTA

Megan is a Bowling Green, KY native. She graduated from Somerset Community College with her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in May 2018. Megan also has her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Western Kentucky University (2014). She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association. Megan was recently named the recipient of the 2018 APTA Orthopaedic Section’s Outstanding PTA Student of the Year. This prestigious award was presented to her in February of 2018 in New Orleans, LA. Her clinical interests include orthopedics, manual therapy, sports medicine, and women’s health/pelvic floor therapy. She and her husband (Jordyn) met at WKU their freshman year and have been married for 4 years. They currently reside in the Bowling Green area. In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf, traveling, being involved with her church and the local community, and spending time with family and friends.

TeCara Gonzalez, PTA

TeCara has been in the Bowling Green area for three years. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Murray State University in 2013 then went on to Daymar College of Clarksville to earn her Associate’s Degree in Science. She has two years experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in long-term care and three years in outpatient therapy. She has been LSVT certified since 2017. She is also trained in functional movement screening and Y-balance testing. She actively gives back to the physical therapy profession by taking on the roll as a Clinical Instructor and educating future Physical Therapist Assistants. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family.

Paige Basham, PTA

Paige is a Park City, KY native and grew up in the Glasgow and Bowling Green areas. She earned a physical therapist assistant degree in May 2021 from Somerset Community College. She previously earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2018 from Western Kentucky University. She enjoys working in outpatient and getting to know her patients to give them the best care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and two dogs. She also enjoys watching baseball and football, reading and Disney movies.

Justin Gallagher, OTR/L

Justin earned a bachelor's degree and master's degree in occupational therapy at Spalding University. Justin is certified in deep physical agent modalities and in wound care. He has a passion for outpatient upper extremity orthopedic conditions and orthotic fabrication. Justin is in pursuit of becoming a certified hand therapist and earning a doctorate in occupational therapy with a focus in upper extremity rehabilitation. Justin enjoys spending time with family, his dog Tito, running, being outdoors and playing music with friends.

Larry Starnes, ATC

Larry brings 35 years of experience to KORT. The past 8 years he has been the Athletic Trainer primarily for Warren East High School in Bowling Green, KY. From 1983 to 2010, Larry was a teacher, trainer, coach, and assistant athletic director at Edmonson County High School in Brownsville, KY. While in high school at Edmonson County Larry was a member of the 1976 State Basketball Championship Team. Larry obtained his Master’s Degree in Athletic Training from Central Missouri State University in 1982. His undergraduate degree is from Western Kentucky University in 1981 and has been a Certified Athletic Trainer since 1981. While at Warren East, Larry has provided the health care needs of the many athletes that play for the 17 varsity athletic teams. These teams have had great success and many athletes have gone on to play at the college level.

Katie Gorecki, ATC

Katie is a native of Hawesville, KY, and serves as the Athletic Trainer for South Warren High School. She earned a B.S. in Exercise Science, Athletic Training from Murray State University in 2006 and an M.A. in Human Performance, Sport Management from the University of Alabama in 2009. While attending UA, she served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for the women's track and cross country teams. In 2008, during the Beijing Olympics, Katie was chosen for an internship in venue operations with the U.S. Olympic Committee and spent the summer working in Colorado Springs, CO, at the Olympic Training Center. From 2009-2017, Katie was the athletic trainer for women's basketball at Western Kentucky University. She also worked closely with the volleyball, tennis and swimming and diving teams.

Mike Carby, ATC

Mike graduated from Western Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree and enjoys working in the high school setting. He serves as the head athletic trainer for Warren Central High School. He helps young athletes get back to sports after a tough injury. His hobbies include golfing and working around the house. Mike is active with volleyball, basketball and softball. He is happily married to his wife, Karla, and has two daughters, Madison and Kate. His favorite quote is, "Treat others as you want to be treated.”

Mike Judd, ATC, CSCS

Michael received his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut in 2012 and his Master’s degree from Louisiana Tech University in 2014. He is a native of Manchester, Connecticut where he attended Manchester High School. Michael recently worked at Middle Tennessee State University where he covered the Men’s Football Team. Before he completed an internship with the New England Patriots in 2014, and covered the football and women’s bowling team at Louisiana Tech. Michael is currently certified as an athletic trainer (ATC), certified strength and conditioning coach (CSCS), and FMS level 1 certified. Michael is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), and National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
