Our Team

Greg Monk, P.T., Center Manager

Greg graduated from Georgetown College before attending physical therapy school at the University of Kentucky. He has been a physical therapist since 2000 and his special interests include treating shoulder dysfunctions, spinal injuries, neck-related headaches, dizziness/vertigo and running/sports-related injuries. Greg is a certified orthopedic manual therapist as well as dry needling certified. It was not until he was injured his senior year of high school that he knew that he wanted to be a physical therapist. The experience of being a patient gives him first-hand knowledge of how physical therapy can change lives for the better. Greg is married and has three girls. He enjoys sports, music, hiking and working outdoors.

Jean Austerman, P.T., DPT, OCS

Jean graduated from University of Kentucky in 2014 with a doctorate of physical therapy. She is a residency trained therapist, obtaining orthopedic certification specialization and certifications in dry needling and pelvic health. Jean is a ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation therapist working with oncology patients to improve quality of life during and after cancer treatment. She is also a CoreVia Pelvic Health trained clinician to work with patients addressing pelvic health dysfunction. Jean enjoys spending time with family, staying active through running and CrossFit, traveling and being outdoors.

Rebekah Scott, P.T., DPT

Rebekah is originally from Birmingham, Alabama, and has lived in Kentucky since 2014. She completed her undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University, and received her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has a background treating neurological injuries, including spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries and vestibular injury. She is a CoreVia Pelvic Health therapist. She is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Kaitlin Diebold, P.T., DPT

Kaitlin, a Louisville native, recently moved back to town from St. Louis, MO. She earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science and doctorate of physical therapy from Saint Louis University. She enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions and running.

Anthony Kurland, P.T., DPT

Anthony grew up in Oldham county. He earned a doctorate of physical therapy from Oakland University in 2018. He has a background of treating a variety of orthopedic conditions. He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, playing golf and ice hockey.

Jake Puckett, P.T., DPT

Jake is a Mayfield, KY native. He earned a bachelor's degree in human health sciences at the University of Kentucky and doctorate of physical therapy at Bellarmine University. He loves to treat a variety of orthopedic injuries as well as chronic and complex pain conditions. He believes educating people about their pain and showing them different perspectives can improve everyday activity and quality of life. He enjoys playing golf, watching the New York Jets and spending time with his wife and two dogs.
