Our Team

Jean Austerman, PT, DPT, OCS, Clinic Director

Jean is the Clinic Director of KORT LaGrange. While she was raised in Pittsburgh, the past 15 years she has lived in Kentucky, her new home. She attended undergraduate at University of Kentucky and received a BS in Biology followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014. Upon graduation, she worked in Lexington for one year then moved to her husband's hometown of Oldham County to be closer to family. Jean has been with KORT for four years. She has completed residency training and obtained her orthopedic certification specialization (OCS), as well as certifications in completing Functional Capacity Evaluations, Cancer Rehab, and Personalized Orthopedic Weight Reduction (POWR). Outside of work, Jean enjoys spending time with family, staying active through soccer and CrossFit, traveling, and spending time outdoors. Jean lives in Crestwood with her husband, Jeff and son, Thomas.

Rebekah Scott, PT, DPT

Rebekah is originally from Birmingham, Alabama, and has lived in Kentucky since 2014. She completed her undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University, and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has a background treating neurological injuries, including SCI, TBI, and vestibular injury, and is excited to incorporate this experience into her practice at KORT. She is an avid reader, and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Kaitlin Diebold, P.T., DPT

Kaitlin, a Louisville native, recently moved back to town from St. Louis, MO. She earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and doctorate of physical therapy from Saint Louis University. She enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions and running in her free time.

Sarah Adamczyk, PTA

Sarah and her family moved to Kentucky from southern California in 2019. She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of California Santa Barbara and later her physical therapist assistant degree from Concorde College in Burbank. Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, hiking, camping, traveling and scuba diving.
