KORT Lawrenceburg is located by the Kroger shopping center at the intersection of US-127 and US-62. We treat orthopedic physical therapy with a strong emphasis on manual physical therapy, functional activity restoration and individualized care. Our proven techniques benefit a wide range of individuals suffering from injuries or pain associated with work, auto accident, back and neck or peripheral joint problems (involving the shoulder, elbow, hand, hip, knee, foot and ankle), dizziness and sports injuries.

Specialty services offered at this center include Recovery and Reconditioning, ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, amputee program and dry needling.

We are also pleased to offer patients access to our specialized CoreVia Pelvic Health program. CoreVia provides care - and relief - to men, women and children who experience pelvic floor dysfunction. Our highly skilled pelvic health physical therapists will help you feel your best.

Our Team

Matt Berry, P.T., MSPT

Matt is a native of Lexington. He graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2008 with a master's degree in physical therapy. His specialties include orthopedics, sports medicine and geriatrics. He has extensive experience treating patients with complicating neurological disorders and gait training for patients with lower extremity prosthetics. Matt also has training in the McKenzie method, a specialized treatment method for neck, back and peripheral joint dysfunction. He particularly enjoys working with athletes of all ages with specific injuries to shoulders, knees and back. Matt lives in Versailles with his wife, KayKay, daughter Addison, and two sons, Cooper and Easton.

Chloe Crumpton, P.T., DPT

Chloe is a native of Shelbyville, KY, but lives in Lexington. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 2016 and doctorate of physical therapy in 2020. Her professional interests include orthopedics, sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation and hands-on therapy. Chloe enjoys spending time at the lake, climbing at the Red River Gorge and snuggling with her dog.

Victoria Shearer, PTA

Victoria graduated in 2018 from Somerset Community College's physical therapy assistant program. She is a native of Berea, KY. Her clinical interests are orthopedic conditions, manual therapy and sports rehabilitation. Victoria enjoys being outdoors, swimming and spending time with family and friends.

Sam Knapp, PTA

Sam is originally from Ohio, but has called Kentucky home since 2010. They now live in Frankfort with their partner, Cindy, and three cats Dinah, Cicada and Lottie. Sam earned their bachelor's in archaeology from the University of Evansville in 2009. After working for KORT for several years, they decided to go back to school, graduating in 2021 from the Somerset Community College Physical Therapist Assistant program. Sam's clinical interests include neurological disorders, vestibular rehabilitation, hands-on therapy and orthopedics. They enjoy table top RPGs, reading and crocheting small items for friends and family.
