KORT Eagle Creek is conveniently located in at the intersection of Richmond Road and North Eagle Creek Drive. We're only minutes from CHI St. Joseph East hospital.

We treat orthopedic physical therapy with a strong emphasis on hands-on physical therapy, functional activity restoration and individualized care. Our proven techniques benefit a wide range of individuals suffering from injuries or pain associated with work, auto accident, back and neck or peripheral joint problems (involving the shoulder, elbow, hand, hip, knee, foot and ankle), dizziness and sports injuries. Specialty services offered at this center include Recovery and Reconditioning for COVID-19, vestibular rehabilitation, men's and women's pelvic health, POWR (Personalized Orthopaedic Weight Reduction), ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation and dry needling.

Tori Justice, P.T., DPT, OCS, Center Director

Tori is originally from Simpsonville, KY. She completed an undergraduate degree in exercise science in 2007 at Georgetown College and doctorate of physical therapy in 2013 at the University of Kentucky. Tori started at KORT Frankfort in 2013 and transitioned to center director at KORT Eagle Creek in 2018. She completed residency through KORT and earned specialty certification in orthopedics in 2017. She is also certified in dry needling and vestibular rehabilitation. Her clinical interests include orthopedic and sports physical therapy, manual therapy and pelvic floor dysfunction. Tori enjoys running, traveling and spending time with her husband, Patrick, and daughter, Annie.
