KORT Beaumont is conveniently located off Harrodsburg Road at 3070 Lakecrest Circle, Suite 700 which the far right side of the shopping center. We treat orthopedic physical therapy with a strong emphasis on manual physical therapy, functional activity restoration and individualized care.

Our proven techniques benefit a wide range of individuals suffering from injuries or pain associated with work, auto accident, back and neck, or peripheral joint problems (involving the shoulder, elbow, hand, hip, knee, foot and ankle), dizziness and sports injuries. Additional specialty services offered at this center include: Recovery and Reconditioning and Parkinson's Wellness Recovery (PWR!).

We are also pleased to offer patients access to our specialized CoreVia Pelvic Health program. CoreVia provides care - and relief - to men, women and children who experience pelvic floor dysfunction. Our highly skilled pelvic health physical therapists will help you feel your best.

Our Team

Tim Barnett, P.T., DPT, OCS, Center Director

Tim earned a master's degree and doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky. He has been a member of the KORT team since 2002 and is a board certified specialist in orthopedics. Tim's interests include general orthopedics, treatment of athletic-related injuries, health and wellness, and clinical instruction. Tim is passionate about natural human movement and is a Level I MovNat Certified Trainer. He is experienced in manual therapy techniques, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and functional movement screens.

Kristen Franklin, P.T., DPT

Kristen graduated from Georgetown College with a degree in exercise science and the University of Kentucky with a doctorate of physical therapy. Kristen's clinical interests include adult and pediatric pelvic health, manual therapy and general orthopedics. Kristen enjoys baking, spending time with her family and traveling anywhere with sunshine and a beach.

Keith Ferry, P.T., DPT

Keith earned a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of Louisville and doctorate of physical therapy from Regis University. Keith's early career interests were treatment of orthopedic conditions including spine pathology. He is experienced in manual therapy techniques and dry needling. His clinical interests evolved toward a passion for the treatment of vestibular dysfunction and concussion injury. He has received education through the American Institute of Balance, and work experience with an interdisciplinary medical team serving these patients. Keith enjoys making the complex more easily understood by his patients. He also enjoys cycling, traveling and spending time with family.

Delaney Miniard Browning, P.T., DPT

Delaney graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2019 with a degree in kinesiology-exercise science and in 2022 with her doctorate in physical therapy. Delaney's clinical interests include general orthopedics and post-operative care. Delaney enjoys traveling, spending time with family and baking.

Crystal Joice, P.T., DPT

Crystal graduated from Bellarmine in 2008 with a doctorate of physical therapy and bachelor's degree in health science and a minor in biology. Crystal is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Kentucky Physical Therapy Association. Crystal is certified in dry needling, trained in Functional Movement Screen and Selective Functional Movement Assessment, and is a certified ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation therapist working with oncology patients. She also is trained in pediatric pelvic floor. Her clinical interests include pediatrics, aquatic therapy, sports medicine, orthopedic injuries, manual therapy and vestibular rehabilitation. Crystal enjoys returning people to their best quality of life, spending time with family and friends and traveling.
