Ryan is from Elizabethtown, KY, and graduated from Elizabethtown High School. He attended Western Kentucky University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2011. Ryan attended Bellarmine University, where he graduated with his doctorate of physical therapy in 2013. He is a graduate of Select Medical's orthopedic residency program and obtained his orthopedic certified specialist credential in 2020. He has experience in inpatient care, home health, sports and conditioning and outpatient care. Ryan's clinical interests include all orthopedics and sports injuries. He is certified in dry needling and a credentialed clinical instructor through the American physical therapy association (APTA). In his spare time, he enjoys watching UK basketball and spending time with his wife, children and dogs.

Kira is originally from Newburgh, IN, but has lived in Louisville since 2014. She attended Indiana University and earned a bachelor's degree in apparel merchandising in 2002. After participating in therapy herself for sports-related injuries, she decided to follow her passion for physical therapy at Jefferson Community and Technical College, earning an associate degree of applied science as a physical therapy assistant in 2021. Her clinical interests include sports injuries and orthopedics. She is an avid road and mountain bike cyclist, loves to be outdoors and enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, two kids and dog.
