Our Team

Janelle Ciolek Caudill, P.T., DPT, OCS, CLT

Janelle is the center director and a 2004 doctorate of physical therapy graduate from Bellarmine University. She is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist and certified lymphedema therapist, treating patients with cancer-related lymphedema. Her area of clinical interest and focus is rehabilitation for the cancer patient. She loves following and supporting her patients as they navigate throughout their cancer journey and treatment plan. Janelle also serves as adjunct faculty for the Bellarmine University Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. She enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Louisville Cardinals and Michigan Wolverines.

Nick Weickel, PT, DPT, OCS

Nick received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Kentucky. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton, at one time attaining his Professional Engineering license in the state of Kentucky. Nick has clinical interests in manual therapy and sports injuries, and he enjoys pulling for his hometown Louisville Cardinals, running, biking, and being outdoors with his dog.

Jeremy Wiseman, PT, MPT

Jeremy Wiseman, PT, MPT, earned his Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2001 from University of Louisville. He is an Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2012 and is a member of the NSCA. Clinically, Jeremy has extensive experience in the treatment of the overhead athlete and has conducted research on the implications of preoperative posterior shoulder tightness. He has served to support several local high schools and club-level teams with injury risk screens and rehabilitation. Though joining the KORT team in July of 2014, he has 13 years experience in orthopedic private practice. In his spare time he enjoys UL sports, travelling south, and spending time with his three beautiful children.

Karianna Huff, PT, DPT

Karianna graduated from Bellarmine University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She also attended Bellarmine University for her undergraduate degree, earning her B.A. in Exercise Science. Karianna enjoys working with patients with orthopedic conditions and sports-related injuries; she also has clinical interests in pelvic health and geriatrics. Karianna is a first degree black belt in Taekwondo and enjoys competing in Olympic Taekwondo sparring, as well as spending time with family and friends and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.

Hannah Kilburn, P.T., DPT

Hannah graduated from the University of Evansville in 2020 with a doctorate of physical therapy and bachelor’s degree in exercise sciene from Morehead State University. She is level 1 certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment. Hannah’s clinical interest include patients with orthopedic conditions and sports-related injuries. She enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her husband, friends and family and watching the Kentucky Wildcats.

Claire Spring, P.T., DPT

Claire graduated from Saint Louis University with a doctorate of physical therapy and bachelor's degree in exercise science. Claire enjoys working with patients with orthopedic or sports-related injuries, as well as neurologic conditions, especially those with a history of stroke. She likes to remain active through running, outdoor activities or group workout classes. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Andrew Morgan, P.T.

Andrew graduated from Curtin University in Australia with a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy. As part of his education, he completed an internship that brought him to Bellarmine University where he met his wife, who brought him to Kentucky full-time in 2017. Andrew has a clinical interest in chronic pain conditions and is certified to perform dry needling. He enjoys rock climbing, hiking and watching American and Australian sports.

Kevin McCabe, PTA

Kevin graduated from the PTA program at the Jefferson Community and Technical College. He also attended the University of Louisville where he earned a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing. Kevin has clinical interests in sports injuries, and when he's not working enjoys running, cycling and spending time with his beautiful wife and daughters.

Barbara Harmon-Cowherd, MHS, OTR/L, CHT

Barbara graduated with a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy in 1989 from San Jose State University. She has been a board certified hand therapist since 1996. Barbara a master's degree in occupational therapy in 2006 from the University of Indianapolis and is certified in deep physical agent modalities. She specializes in orthopedic conditions of the upper extremity with an emphasis on splinting and hand therapy. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, cooking and quilting when not transporting her children to their various activities. Her favorite quote is: "Without the thumb, the hand is a foot" -Amitava Gupta

Amanda L. Edsell, OTR/L, CHT

Amanda graduated from Spalding University in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, and received her board certification in Hand Therapy in 2008 from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission. Amanda is certified to perform augmented soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), and is trained in the application of kinesiotaping as well. She specializes in treatment of the upper extremity, custom splint fabrication, and work conditioning. She joined our KORT team in 2004. Amanda enjoys hiking, camping, traveling adventures, and being involved in her daughter's school activities and sports.

Nichole Payne, MS, OTR/L

Nichole graduated from Spalding University in 2017 with a master's in Occupational Therapy. She earned her BS in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville in 2014. While at UofL, she was a member of the Cardinal Marching Band and Tau Beta Sigma Sorority. Nichole has clinical interests in treatments of the Upper Extremity and custom splint fabrication. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on the Cards, volunteering with Special Olympics, fitness, archery, and spending time with family and friends.

Alexis Blunk, ATC

Lexy is a native of Syracuse, Indiana. She received a master's degree in athletic training in 2018 from Indiana Wesleyan University and bachelor's degree in athletic training in 2017 from Indiana State University. She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Society, Kentucky, and Indiana Athletic Trainers' Society. She is a certified kinesio tape technician and interested in continuing manual therapy techniques. Lexy enjoys spending time with her friends and family, hiking, hammocking and exploring outdoors.

Ally Watson, P.T., DPT

Ally graduated from Bellarmine University with a doctorate of physical therapy. She attended the University of Southern Indiana prior to that as a member of the cross country and track teams while earning a bachelor's degree in exercise science. She enjoys treating sports-related injuries and athletes of all ages. Ally is originally from Illinois and enjoys cheering on the Chicago Cubs. Outside of work you can find her at the gym, hiking or with friends and family scoping out the next best restaurant in town.
