Success Stories

Jason Furdek

Jackson Furdek was in a dirt bike accident. He gave his body time to recover, but a subsequent lacrosse injury further injured his knee. Josh underwent surgery, followed by physical therapy at KORT. Knowing that Jackson is a serious multi-sport athlete, Physical Therapist Josh Bixler crafted a program that challenged and prepared Jackson to return to sports. "The most important thing for me to be able to do again was hockey because it's my favorite sport," Jackson said. "And, being able to play hockey meant that I could do almost everything else." Jackson worked hard toward his goals over the next several months. "I have been able to play again and have made lots of progress thanks to the physical therapy I had," he said. "The ability to skate again was thanks to some of the work I had in PT."
