KORT is Kentucky's premier provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy specializing in orthopedics, sports and industrial medicine. Since 1987, KORT has provided clinical and customer service excellence to patients in our centers, at employer sites and with high school, college and professional sports teams.

Our extended hours offer you the flexibility of before work or after work appointments. With the convenience of same-day or next-day appointments, you can begin your recovery right away. With more than 70 centers throughout Kentuckiana to serve you, you'll be sure to find one close to your home or office.

In addition to treating a variety of general outpatient orthopedic diagnoses, we also offer electromyography (EMG), nerve conduction studies (NCS) and musculoskeletal ultrasound to aid in the diagnosis and rehabilitation of our patients. 

We are also pleased to offer patients access to our specialized CoreVia Pelvic Health program. CoreVia provides care - and relief - to men, women and children who experience pelvic floor dysfunction. Our highly skilled pelvic health physical therapists will help you feel your best.

Our Team

Keagan Walker, P.T., DPT

Keagan earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science and a doctorate of physical therapy, both from Western Kentucky University. She is certified in dry needling and CoreVia Pelvic Health which is a program that specializes in pelvic floor dysfunction, including incontinence, constipation and pelvic pain. Her clinical interests include orthopedics, pelvic floor, geriatrics and neurological-related deficits such as vestibular and Parkinson's related impairments.

Jason Myers, P.T., OCS

Jason has been practicing in Madisonville since 1997. He received a master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky. His clinical interests include orthopedic care such as shoulder pain, total joint rehabilitation, hands, neck and low back pain. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children or competing in adventure racing.

Tara Jackson, PTA

Tara earned an associate's degree in physical therapy assistant in 1996 from Madisonville Community College and bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University. She has worked in a variety of settings such as long-term care, home health and outpatient centers. Tara joined the Madisonville team in 2014 and her clinical interests include orthopedic injury, neurological complications, geriatric conditions and health and wellness. Tara enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
