Paris

Sara graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2015 with a doctorate of physical therapy and from Indiana State University with a bachelor's degree in exercise science. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association and certified in dry needling. Her clinical interests include sports rehabilitation, orthopedics, manual therapy and helping individuals get back to the activities they value. Sara transferred from KORT Georgetown to KORT Paris to serve as center director and staff therapist. She enjoys working with the physicians, industries and patients from Bourbon and surrounding counties.

Zack was born and raised in suburban Detroit. Zack received a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Michigan State in 2016, where he developed a passion for the field of physical therapy. He earned a doctorate of physical therapy from Stony Brook in 2019. Zack is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association to continue to advance his clinical skills and professional development and enjoys being a clinical instructor for students. His clinical interests include orthopedics, hands-on therapy, sports rehabilitation, creating new exercises and activities tailored to patient's desired wants and needs, and vestibular rehabilitation. Zack enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, family and friends. He also enjoys playing golf, hockey and kickball in addition to rooting for his hometown Detroit and Michigan State Spartan teams and being outdoors.

Logan is originally from Paintsville, KY, and is a graduate of the Somerset Community College's physical therapy assistant program. He received a bachelor's degree in 2016 from the University of the Cumberlands, where he double majored in biology and business administration. He was also a member of the Patriots baseball team for four years. Logan's clinical interests include sports rehabilitation, orthopedics and manual therapy. Logan is an avid sports fan and his hobbies include kayaking, hiking and playing golf.
