    KORT New Albany is conveniently located off of Grant Line Road close to I-265. We offer convenient curb-side parking. We strive to bring you an excellent patient experience, with a friendly and accommodating staff whose professionalism and competency will exceed your expectations. All of our therapists have received their doctorate degree in physical therapy (DPT). While working with our therapists you will receive awesome personalized and evidence based treatments to help you achieve your goals and highest quality of life. We will be your first and often your only stop in your recovery journey .We treat a variety of orthopedic injuries across the entire body, as well as spinal conditions, pre- and post-operative orthopedic surgery, sports injury, industrial and work injuries, auto accident injuries, and other conditions.

    Morgan Blake, PT, DPT
    Morgan Blake
    Morgan graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Bellarmine University and a Bachelor of Science from Manchester University. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Indiana Physical Therapy Association. Morgan enjoys working with patients of all ages. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, biking, hiking, playing volleyball and cheering on the Michigan Wolverines. She currently resides in Sellersburg with her husband.
    Chris Bellucci, MS, OTR/L, CHT
    Chris Bellucci
    Chris is an Occupational Therapist and Board Certified Hand Therapist. He earned his master's degree of Occupational Therapy as well as his bachelor degree summa cum laude in Health Science from Spalding University. He received his board certification in Hand Therapy in 2018 from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission and is member of the American Society of Hand Therapists (ASHT). His clinical interests include orthopedic injuries and conditions for the upper extremity, specifically of the hand, and custom splint fabrication. He joined the KORT team in 2013.

    Nick Eve
    Nick has been a life-long resident of Southern Indiana. He received his Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from Ivy Tech Community College. He has worked primarily in orthopedics and industrial medicine. Nick is an avid Indiana University and Indianapolis Colts fan. He also enjoys international travel and meeting people of various cultural backgrounds.
    Steven Hnat, PT, DPT, OCS
    Steven Hnat
    Steven Hnat PT, DPT, OCS, earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Louisville. He completed post-doctorate training as a orthopedic physical therapy resident with Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team. He is a professional member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Indiana Physical Therapy Association, and American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist. He serves as a Clinical Education Scholar for Regis University and Professional Advisory Board member at Ivy Tech Community College.
    Paul Lonnemann, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT, MTC
    Paul Lonnemann
    Paul received his bachelor’s in physical therapy from U of L and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. Paul is board certified in orthopaedics (OCS), and manual therapy certified (MTC). He has fellow status with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). Paul lives with his wife Elaine, also a physical therapist, and four boys in Starlight, Indiana.
    Erin McLeland, PT, DPT
    Erin McLeland
    Erin is native to Southern Indiana and a graduate of Indiana University DPT program. She was introduced to this profession due to multiple injuries sustained as a multi-sport athlete. Through her education she has come to enjoy working with all patients, but especially the geriatric population. In her free time, she loves to play volleyball, hang out with family/friends, and root for the Indianapolis Colts and the Purdue Boilermakers. She looks forward to growing her career with the KORT family and playing an active role in helping patients achieve their goals.
    David Wright, PT
    David Wright
    David is a 1996 graduate of Indiana University Physical Therapy Program. He has practiced in a variety of settings with an emphasis in outpatient orthopedics, work injury prevention, rehabilitation management and functional testing. His focus has been in Industrial Medicine with training in FCE, Functional Job Analysis, Job Descriptions, Pre-work Screening, Ergonomic Assessments and Work Conditioning Programs. David's mission is to bring evidence-based medicine together with prevention principles, rehabilitation practices and return-to-work philosophies in order to enhance worker, employer and provider capabilities in occupational health and injury management.
    Jade Andres, MS, LAT, ATC
    Jade Andres
    Jade is a native of Terre Haute, IN. She graduated from Indiana University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. She then attended Marshall University where she earned her Master of Science in Exercise Science in 2018. While at Marshall University, Jade was a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer with the Army ROTC program. She also completed her thesis focused on the effect of repetitive motion on scapular dyskinesis in Army ROTC cadets. Outside of work, Jade enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and playing with her two dogs, Casen and Piper.
    Caroline Cox, MSAT, ATC
    Caroline Cox
    Caroline is a native of Concord, NC. She graduated from The College of Charleston in South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Dance in 2012. She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and received a Master of Science in Athletic Training in 2015. Caroline is interested in manual therapy and is certified in Graston Technique, Rock Tape Functional Movement Techniques and is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine. Outside of work she enjoys taking dance technique classes, Crossfit, and playing with her dogs, Tucker and Louie.
    Tiffany Hammond, MS, ATC
    Tiffany Hammond
    Tiffany is a native of Louisville, KY. She is a two-time graduate of the University of Louisville with a master's in Sport Administration (2006) and Bachelor of Education with a concentration in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine (2001). Prior to moving to Indiana University Southeast, Tiffany was a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer with KORT, covering Spalding University. She currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at IU Southeast, teaching courses in Introduction to Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Sport Management, and Personal Health. She is certified in Functional Movement Screening. When not working, Tiffany enjoys watching her kids play sports and camping with her family.
    Elizabeth Mattson, ATC
    Elizabeth Mattson
    Elizabeth is a native of Galax, VA. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from Messiah College in 2006 and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Louisville in 2008. Before joining KORT in 2016, she worked in the same capacity with Active Athlete Sports Medicine serving New Albany High School. Elizabeth is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association and the Kentucky Athletic Trainers' Society. Her professional interests include brain injury in athletics and biomechanics. When not working, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with friends, reading, hiking, and running.
