    KORT Partners in Physical Therapy (PIPT) is conveniently located in St. Matthew's in the Executive Park. We're right off Sherburn Lane via Browns Lane or behind the Mall St. Matthew's. Therapists at PIPT treat a wide range of sports medicine and orthopedic injuries with advanced clinical training in treatment of orthopedic, sports medicine, and spinal conditions.

    Rob Gentile, PT, DPT, OCS
    Rob Gentile
    Rob is the clinic director and is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics by the American Physical Therapy Board of Specialization. In practice since 1995, he is experienced in treating the spine as well as all other orthopaedic conditions. He completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2008 and holds Bachelor's Degree in Psychology as well as Physical Therapy.
    Brandon Fowler, PT, DPT, OCS
    Brandon Fowler
    Brandon earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy as well as his Bachelor's degree (Cum Laude) from Bellarmine University. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Kentucky Physical Therapy Association, and American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. His areas of clinical interest include Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy for the treatment of spinal related dysfunction and condition-specific exercise prescription for strength and endurance progression. Brandon practices with an emphasis on patient education and practical management strategies for reducing limitations in daily function.
    Troy Grubb, PT, DPT, OCS, ATC
    Troy Grubb
    Troy has extensive experience as a physical therapist and athletic trainer. He holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University after receiving his bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Louisville. He is a board certified specialist in orthopedics (OCS) and is a member of the Kentucky Board of Physical Therapy. Troy currently serves as the Orthopedic Residency Coordinator for KORT. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT), the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association (KPTA) and the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA). He specializes in manual therapy with a strong emphasis in orthopedics and sports medicine.
    Andrea Vivona, PTA
    Andrea Vivona
    Andrea joined the team in 2002. She graduated from Georgetown College with a Bachelor of Science degree. She continued her education at JCTC, earning her degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Andrea is involved with Habitat for Humanity, and is on the Bike Trek Planning Committee (ALA of KY). Her hobbies include cycling, SCUBA diving, running, caving, and photography.
    Brad Wagner, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS
    Brad Wagner
    Brad joined the team in 2007. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Bellarmine University after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Western Kentucky University. Brad is certified to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations and Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) while expertly treating all orthopedic and sports medicine injuries.
    Bill Cubbage, ATC
    Bill Cubbage
    Bill is a lifelong Louisvillian. He graduated from the University of Louisville in 1983 with a BS in Physical Education. He has over 35 years of experience working as an athletic trainer at the high school, college and professional levels. Bill served as the athletic trainer for the Louisville Thunder Professional Indoor Soccer team for 1 year, the head athletic trainer at Bellarmine University for 10 years, and assistant athletic trainer at the University of Louisville for 1 year. Bill originally joined KORT in 1999 and served as athletic trainer at Christian Academy of Louisville before moving to Trinity High School in 2000. Bill is active in the Kentucky Athletic Trainers’ Society where he has served in many capacities, including vice president, awards committee chair, web master, symposium coordinator, and others. In 2004, Bill was awarded the KATS Award of Merit and in 2010 was the named the Southeast Athletic Trainers Association High School Athletic Trainer of the Year. Over the years, Bill has volunteered to cover many events. A lover of high school football, he has been on the sidelines every season since 1974 most notably serving as the volunteer athletic trainer at Iroquois High School from 1984-1998. In his free time, Bill is foodie and loves to try new places. Bill is also an avid comic book collector and currently owns over 14,000 comics.
    Suzanne Strong, ATC/L
    Suzanne Strong
    Suzanne is a native of Hickman, KY. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance, with a concentration in Athletic Training from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2005. Prior to joining KORT, Suzanne has worked for Sports Orthopedics and Spine in Jackson, TN as the Sports Medicine Coordinator, assisting with semi pro ice hockey, collegiate, and high school sports. She is a member of National Athletic Trainers’ Association, Kentucky Athletic Trainers' Society, and Tennessee Athletic Trainers' Society. Suzanne has a special interest in Rock Taping, Functional Movement Techniques, Kinesio Taping, concussion rehabilitation, and sport psychology. Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys ballroom dancing, swimming, exercising, and Broadway shows.
    Sara Henson, ATC
    Sara Henson
    Sara is a native of the Kentuckiana area and grew up in Henryville, IN. She graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN, with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and a minor in Exercise Science in 2017. Sara is very passionate about sports medicine and keeping her athletes safe. Outside of athletic training, she likes to spend time with family, friends, and her dog. She also likes being outside, reading, and watching movies.
    Josh Martoccio, ATC
    Josh Martoccio
    Josh is a native of Centralia, IL. He graduated in 2012 with a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from Arkansas State University and in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine-Athletic Training from Murray State University. Prior to joining KORT, Josh was the Head Athletic Trainer at Kentucky State University. Josh is currently a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association and Kentucky Athletic Trainers’ Society. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his new daughter and his wife, playing golf, and spending time with all of his family.
    Audrey Bariovich, ATC
    Audrey Bariovich
    Audrey is a native of Summit, IL. She received her dual Bachelor’s degrees in Athletic Training and Political Science from Illinois State University in 2015 and her Master’s degree in Recreation and Sport Administration from Western Kentucky University in 2017. She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, Southeast Athletic Trainers’ Association, and Kentucky Athletic Trainers’ Society. In her free time, Audrey enjoys volunteering with the Special Olympics.
    Kate Fitzgerald, ATC
    Kate Fitzgerald
    Kate, originally from South Burlington, Vermont, is a recent graduate from the University of Vermont. While at UVM, Kate has earned her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, where she worked with a number of collegiate sports including soccer, lacrosse, and basketball. Kate is certified by the Board of Certification, and licensed by the Kentucky State Board of Medical Licensure.

    Andrea was born and raised in Louisville. She graduated in 2017 from Murray State University with her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. Prior to joining KORT, she had an internship with the Louisville Bats as an athletic training student. Andrea is currently a member of National Athletic Trainers’ Association and Southeast Athletic Trainers’ Association. Outside of work she enjoys running, lifting, reading and watching college basketball.
