    Tighten Up: Developing A Functional Pelvic Floor, featuring speaker Mary Bowman, PT, DPT, OCS, LMT
    Join KORT for an informative Pelvic Health class on Saturday, May 11 at 10:30 a.m. at Bridge View Crossfit. This class will be a brief review of anatomy, discussion on pelvic floor dysfunction, tips on decreasing load on pelvic floor, correct breathing patterns for functional movement and weight lifting, and exercises to increase pelvic floor strength. This class will be interactive so please wear comfortable clothes.
