Mason Sullivan, P.T., DPT, center manager
As a trained vestibular therapist, Mason is certified to perform WorkSTEPS evaluations. He is the physical therapy liaison for Southern High School athletics and has a special interest in orthopedics, vestibular and post-operative rehabilitation.
Mason earned a doctorate in physical therapy from Bellarmine University and a bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of Louisville.
Chad Garvey, P.T., DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT
Chad earned a doctorate of physical therapy from Regis University and post-doctoral certificate in manual therapy. He is a board certified specialist in orthopedic physical therapy and a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. In addition, Chad is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He is a lead instructor for KORT's orthopedic residency program and an instructor to practicing physical therapists and physical therapy students at the local and national level. He regularly conducts and shares his research at national physical therapy conferences.
Cassidy Brown, P.T., DPT
Cassidy grew up in New Salisbury, Indiana. She earned a bachelor's degree at Indiana University Southeast and her doctorate in physical therapy from Indiana State in 2020. She received training in LSVT BIG for Parkinson's treatment and Graston Technique for soft tissue mobilization.
She enjoys camping and kayaking.

OrthoVive Joint Health
Dedicated to managing discomfort and loss of function, OrthoVive Joint Health meets you where you are in your osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease, journey, treating the condition and extending the life of your joint. Our therapists can enhance the results of non-surgical treatments and when surgery is needed, serve as your guide and coach maximizing the use of your new joint. Pediatric Therapy
We offer multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy services – physical, occupational, speech therapy – to help children reach developmental milestones and their full potential. Therapy methods are typically given in one-on-one sessions, using play-based activities to gain insight into how a child moves, thinks and expresses themselves. Small group therapy also can be helpful for some children to build social skills and communication. Additional specialized programs, such as feeding therapy, sensory/emotional regulation, toe-walking and torticollis, are also available at select locations. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience that enhances each child's participation in desired family, community and school activities.
