KORT Kids Pediatric Therapy in Madison offers high quality pediatric occupational, physical and speech therapy services provided by well-trained therapists. As part of this mission, we offer resources, education, support and encouragement to parents and families. Our state-of-the-art facility features a large selection of therapeutic equipment to help each child meet their goals.
Our therapists also specialize in evaluating and treating:

Each child requires a full evaluation in order to initiate therapy services. Our objective is to develop a child-centered, family-focused treatment plan. We conduct therapy sessions in a modern environment using specialized equipment. Our therapists use play-based activities to create a 'just right' challenge for each child.

Rebecca Simpson-Pinkston, OTR/L, Center Manager
A native of Lexington, Ky., Rebecca completed her undergraduate studies at Georgetown College and worked in special education for Fayette County Public Schools before returning to school. She received her master's degree in occupational therapy from Eastern Kentucky University and was a recipient of the interdisciplinary autism certificate.
She provides outpatient and early intervention services for KORT Kids. Rebecca's heart for working in rural communities led her to Madison.
Rebecca lives in Shelbyville with her husband, children and their dog. She enjoys swimming, reading and spending quality time with family.
Marissa Horvath, Early Intervention Coordinator, D.T.
Marissa is our early intervention coordinator and provides developmental therapy services through Indiana's First Steps program. Marissa has an early childhood and intervention degree from Purdue University and more than 15 years of experience in the field. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and reading.
Shelby Dorsey , OTR/L
Shelby completed her bachelor's degree and doctorate in occupational therapy from the University of Indianapolis, where she was a member of the swim team. After a short time at a rehabilitation hospital in Indiana, where she specialized in pediatrics and wheelchair management, Shelby joined All Kids Can (now KORT Kids).
She enjoys providing occupational therapy services through the outpatient center, First Steps and Canaan Community Academy. Her favorite part about being an occupational therapist is collaborating with families on creative solutions to help their children succeed.
Shelby loves spending time with her husband, Jacob, daughters Lorraina and Lillian, and two dogs, Luna and Lucy. Together they enjoy soccer, camping, kayaking and all things Disney.
Kristina Crooks, D.T.
Kristina is a developmental therapist with KORT Kids First Steps. She has a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and development and 23 years of experience working as a preschool teacher, maintaining her teaching license from the state of Indiana.
Kristina's passion is working with young children and watching them learn and grow. She has two children of her own and spends her time off with her family. She enjoys walking outdoors, listening to music and cooking.
Anna Little, CCC-SLP
Anna has a bachelor's degree in speech pathology and audiology and a master's degree in speech language pathology from Ball State University. Through KORT Kids, Anna provides outpatient and First Steps services to children in the Madison area.
Anna feels fortunate to work in an environment that fosters developmental and communication skills for both children and their families. Her favorite aspect of work is building trusting relationships with clients and helping them reach their personal goals.
Anna is an accomplished pianist and painter. She also enjoys reading, watching movies and trying new foods. Anna lives in historic, downtown Madison with her husband, Tanner, and their sons, Lockridge and Rookwood.
Lisa Sieverding , CCC-SLP
Lisa completed her bachelor's degree at Butler University and her master's degree at Bowling Green State University. She enjoys working with the pediatric population and loves to help children improve their communication skills. She watched both of her younger brothers attend speech therapy when they were young, and it made her interested in pursuing the field. She provides outpatient, school and First Steps services for KORT Kids Madison.
Lisa grew up in Versailles and lives there with her husband, Stephen, and their dog. She enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, baking and being with family and friends.
Whitney Johnson, CCC-SLP
Whitney is an early-intervention, speech-language pathologist. She has worked with the First Steps program since 2014.
Whitney received her bachelor's degree in communication disorders from Ball State University and her master's degree in speech and language pathology from Nova Southeastern University. She loves spending time and adventuring with her husband, two children and dog.
Kristin Wireman, BCBA
A native of eastern Kentucky, Kristin earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Morehead State University in 2014 and quickly discovered her love for working with individuals on the autism spectrum. She earned her master's degree in applied behavior analysis from Russell Sage College and became a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) in 2023.
Previously, Kristin was a registered behavior therapist for eight years. She has worked with children from ages 2 to 15. Kristin enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, doing her nails, going to concerts and playing with her pets.
Kellie Kummer, BCBA
Kellie graduated from Indiana University Southeast in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in general studies and after raising her children and foster children, she returned to school and earned her bachelor's degree in special education from Western Governors University in 2021. She began teaching secondary intensive interventions classes in southern Indiana in 2020.
Kellie has nine children, including her youngest who has autism. Seeing his progress through applied behavioral analysis, she decided to pursue her master's degree at Ball State University. She graduated in 2023 and began working as a behavioral consultant. In 2024, Kellie joined KORT Kids as a board-certified behavioral analyst.
Ashley Watkins, RBT
Ashley graduated from Ivy Tech in 2018 with an associate's degree in elementary education and has been a registered behavior technician for three years. She became passionate about working with children as a gymnastics instructor after graduating high school in 2014. She has worked with children from ages 2 to 18.
Ashley loves to spend time with family and friends, shopping, cruising around in her car while jamming to music and playing with her corgi, Codak.
Sarah Holcroft, RBT
Sarah has worked with kids for more than five years in school and special-education settings. That experience led her to applied behavior analysis. As a new, registered behavior technician, she is committed to helping children grow to their full potential. A Madison Ind., native, Sarah became a mom to a son in 2014 and to a daughter in 2020.
Kaden Reynolds, RBT
Kaden is a registered behavioral technician at KORT Kids. He helps patients realize their potential and loves what he does. He has worked with children ages 4 to 18.
Kaden graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisville with a bachelor's degree in exercise science. He enjoys golf, spending time with family, eating snacks and driving country roads.
Shavonne Resendiz, RBT
Shavonne has been a registered behavior technician since September 2024. She has worked in the mental health and behavioral fields for six years. She enjoys going to the park with her two daughters, doing arts and crafts at home and taking spontaneous road trips.

Pediatric Therapy
We offer multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy services – physical, occupational, speech therapy – to help children reach developmental milestones and their full potential. Therapy methods are typically given in one-on-one sessions, using play-based activities to gain insight into how a child moves, thinks and expresses themselves. Small group therapy also can be helpful for some children to build social skills and communication. Additional specialized programs, such as feeding therapy, sensory/emotional regulation, toe-walking and torticollis, are also available at select locations. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience that enhances each child's participation in desired family, community and school activities.
