Carol Mosby, OTR/L, CHT, Center Co-Director
Carol is the center co-director and received her bachelor's degree in the field of occupational therapy from Eastern Kentucky University in 2000. She received the outstanding occupational therapy student award for her class. Carol is a certified hand therapist who has been working with the physicians at WKONA for more than 20 years. She is also certified in trigger point dry needling, LSVT, blood flow restriction and has received specialized training in the areas of wound care, custom orthotics, Kinesio taping, functional movement screens and more. Carol is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists. She entered the field of occupational therapy with a passion for outpatient orthopedics and enjoys evaluation and treatment of upper extremity injuries and orthotic fabrication. Carol is the hand therapy coordinator for KORT and is an instructor in the KORT hand residency.
Cindy Hudson, P.T., MS, OCS, CKTP, Clinic Co-Director
Cindy came to Bowling Green as a D1 volleyball player for Western Kentucky University. Following WKU, she graduated from the University of Louisville Physical Therapy Program. She has her masters degree in physical education from WKU and began working at WKONA in 2003. She became an orthopedic certified specialist in 2008. Cindy was the primary physical therapist from at WKU from 2012-2017. She worked in close proximity with the team physician and athletic trainers to return athletes to play in the safest time-frame. She has specialty certifications in Kinesiotaping, FMS, Y Balance, SFMA, dry needling, and functional capacity screening. She has experience with vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management and bloodflow restriction therapy. She has treated athletes from high school to the professional ranks over the course of her 26-year career. Cindy is married to WKU head volleyball Coach, Travis Hudson. They have two sons Tyler, 20 and Drew, 16.
Courtney Barrick, M.S., OTR/L, CHT
Courtney is originally from Alexandria, Kentucky. She attended Wheaton College where she earned a bachelor's degree in biology in 2014 and Spalding University for a master's degree in occupational therapy in 2019. She completed a hand therapy residency through KORT and became a certified hand therapist in 2024. Courtney is also certified in deep physical agent modalities and has a passion for outpatient upper extremity orthopedic conditions and orthotic fabrication. Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Madison Rich, P.T., DPT
Madison is from Bee Spring, Kentucky. She received a bachelor's degree in health and human performance in 2018 from Austin Peay State University and her doctorate in physical therapy in 2021 from Western Kentucky University. Madison has a special interest in orthopedics and sports medicine. She enjoys CrossFit, traveling, hiking and spending time with family.
Kyle Pierson, P.T., DPT, SCS
Kyle is a native Floridian. After graduating from WKU with a bachelor's degree in biology, he earned a doctorate in physical therapy at University of Central Florida. He is a sport certified clinical specialist and has worked in outpatient orthopedics with high school and collegiate athletics and in-home health care. Kyle loves working with orthopedic post-surgical patients and is passionate about guiding them through the recovery process. He and his wife, Carly, have two children. Kyle is a deacon of Lost River Church and an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys hunting, hiking, traveling and golfing.
Steve Lagermann, P.T., DPT, CSCS
Steve grew up in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He received his undergraduate degree and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Kentucky. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and ergonomics assessment specialist. He is certified in dry needling and has training in performing functional capacity evaluations, job site analysis and post-offer employment testing. He has a passion for helping individuals improve their quality of life so they can get back to spending time with family and friends. He resides in Bowling Green with his beautiful wife, Sarah, and two boys. He enjoys hiking, fishing and working with trail life. When life gets crazy, he reminds himself of Matthew 6:25-34.
Melody Jones, P.T., DPT, CMPT, OCS
Melody is a native of Waukesha, WI. She earned an undergraduate degree in exercise science and doctorate of physical therapy from Carroll University. Her clinical interests include orthopedics and sports medicine. Melody is a certified manual trigger-point therapist, having completed advanced dry needling training through Myopain. She enjoys running marathons, hiking and being outdoors with her husband.
Allison Wilson, P.T., DPT
Allison is originally from Bridgeport, CT. She attended Middle Tennessee State University to play soccer and received her bachelor's degree in athletic training in 2004. After working with some college and high school athletes, Allison decided to pursue physical therapy. She received her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2007. She has spent the majority of her career working in outpatient orthopedics working with athletes and patients following total joint replacements. She has training from the McKenzie Institute for spinal injuries and in SFMA and dry needling. Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling and going to sporting events.
Allison Druin, P.T., DPT
Allison earned her doctorate of physical therapy degree from the University of Evansville in 2023. She earned her bachelor's degree in exercise science from Morehead State University in 2020. She enjoys treating all orthopedic and neurological conditions utilizing a holistic approach to care. Allison strives to provide the best care for her patients, incorporating individualized and altruistic treatments to help her patients get back to what they enjoy. Outside of the center, she loves everything outdoors, traveling, shopping, watching her UK Wildcats and spending time with friends and family.
Matt Bartimus, P.T., DPT
Matt is originally from Owensboro, Ky. and is a graduate of Bellarmine University with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2023 and competed his undergraduate work at Western Kentucky University where he earned a degree in exercise science in 2020. While at WKU, he worked with Western's sports medical team for four years, primarily with the football team. Matt's clinical interests include orthopedic injuries, sports-related rehabilitation and post-operative rehabilitation. Matt enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, supporting the Hilltoppers and spending time at the lake.
Sheldon Martin, P.T., DPT
Born and raised in Bowling Green, Ky., Sheldon earned his bachelor's degree in biology, with a minor in business administration, and his doctorate in physical therapy from Western Kentucky University.
He has a special interest in orthopedic, sports and neurologic rehabilitation and enjoys helping patients achieve their goals and return to the activities most meaningful to them.
Sheldon enjoys exercising, painting, traveling and spending time with family, friends and his dog.
Will Bybee, P.T., DPT
Will is originally from Elizabethtown, Kentucky, and attended WKU for both his undergraduate degree and physical therapy school.
He enjoys treating orthopedic and sports medicine patients and getting people back to doing the things they want to do.
Will likes to spend time with his family, walk his dog and work on his goal of visiting every national park.
Emily Fisher, O.T.
Emily is originally from Mount Washington, Kentucky. She earned a master's degree in occupational therapy from the University of Southern Indiana and a bachelor's degree in health science with a minor in American sign language from Western Kentucky University. Emily is passionate about treating the upper extremity and loves connecting with her patients. She enjoys all things outdoors, playing soccer, baking sourdough, serving in her church and spending time with her husband, family and friends.
James Duff, PTA/LMT
James is a native of Bowling Green, KY. He graduated from Midway College with a physical therapy assistant degree, and became licensed in 1998. James also graduated from Natural Health Institute becoming a licensed massage therapist in 2005. He has completed training in functional movement screens, and is LSVT certified for treatment of Parkinson's disease. His clinical interests include orthopedics, sports medicine and manual techniques. James is married and has two sons.
Dawn Harbison, PTA
Dawn has been providing physical therapy at WKONA/GGC since 2003. She is a native of the Smiths Grove, KY area and resides near the area with her husband and three beautiful children. She is a 2002 graduate of Volunteer State Community College with an associate degree and is a licensed physical therapist assistant. She is also a 1997 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the physical therapy field. She enjoys running, swimming, biking and gardening. Dawn's main goal is to provide the best evidence-based treatments possible to help people.
Megan Trimble, PTA
Megan is a Bowling Green, KY native. She received a physical therapist assistant degree in 2018 from Somerset Community College. Megan also has her bachelor's degree in exercise science from Western Kentucky University. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Kentucky chapter. Megan was the 2018 recipient of the Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy's Outstanding National PTA Student of the Year. Her clinical interests include treatment of total joint replacements, manual therapy, sports medicine and women's health/pelvic floor therapy. She has been certified in Levels I and II of Pelvic Rehabilitation through Herman & Wallace. Megan and her husband enjoy being involved with their church, playing golf, traveling, off-roading in their Jeep and being with family, friends and their dog Kash.
Rachel Burba, PTA
Rachel's interest in physical therapy stems from personal experience and continued to grow during her time as a CrossFit instructor. She has a passion for exercise, nutrition and helping others achieve a better quality of life.
She received a bachelor's degree in dietetics from Harding University in 2012 and an associate degree in physical therapist assistant from Somerset Community College in 2026. She was born and raised in Dallas, TX until her family moved to Bowling Green, KY.
Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends. She also enjoys weight training, baking/cooking, outdoor activities, traveling and exploring new coffee shops and restaurants and being involved in her church.
Kaela Cornelius, ATC
Kaela is a Bowling Green native, and serves as the athletic trainer for Warren East High School. She earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of Louisville in 2017 and master's degree in athletic training from Abilene Christian University in 2021. Kaela started her career at Western Kentucky University working with their Track and Field/ Cross Country team, then moved to Georgia Southern University to work with women's basketball. Kaela is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association.
Katie Gorecki, ATC
Katie is a native of Hawesville, Kentucky, and serves as the athletic trainer for South Warren High School. She earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science, athletic training from Murray State University in 2006 and an master's degree in human performance, sport management from the University of Alabama in 2009. While attending UA, she served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for the women's track and cross country teams. From 2009-2017, Katie was the athletic trainer for women's basketball at Western Kentucky University. She also worked closely with the volleyball, tennis, swimming and diving teams. Katie is a member of National Athletic Trainers Association and Kentucky Athletic Trainers' Society.
Mike Carby, ATC
Mike graduated from Western Kentucky University with a bachelor's degree and enjoys working in the high school setting. He currently serves as the head athletic trainer for Warren Central High School. Mike believes in helping the young athlete get back to sports after a tough injury. His hobbies include golfing and working around the house, and he is active in the KHSAA with volleyball, basketball and NCAA softball. He is happily married to his wife and has two daughters. His favorite quote is, "Treat others as you want to be treated."
Toryn Cornell, ATC, LAT, MSAT
Toryn is a Bowling Green native and serves as the athletic trainer for Greenwood High School. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2021 with a master's degree in athletic training. He completed his undergraduate studies at Western Kentucky University (WKU) where he earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2018. While getting those degrees, Toryn worked with organizations like Western Kentucky University, the Kansas University Jayhawks and the Washington Commanders. Toryn has spent the last three years as the assistant athletic trainer for WKU football and the previous year before that as the intern athletic trainer for football at WKU.

Pediatric Therapy
We offer multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy services – physical, occupational, speech therapy – to help children reach developmental milestones and their full potential. Therapy methods are typically given in one-on-one sessions, using play-based activities to gain insight into how a child moves, thinks and expresses themselves. Small group therapy also can be helpful for some children to build social skills and communication. Additional specialized programs, such as feeding therapy, sensory/emotional regulation, toe-walking and torticollis, are also available at select locations. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience that enhances each child's participation in desired family, community and school activities.
