Our Team

Philip Dale, P.T., DPT, OCS, Clinic Director

Philip is a native of Carlisle, Kentucky. He earned his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky in 2018 after receiving a bachelor's degree in exercise science from there in 2014. He is board-certified and residency-trained in orthopedics and has completed additional certifications in manual therapy and dry needling. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy and enjoys helping to advance the profession by serving as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students. His clinical interests include orthopedics and sports-related injuries, manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation and management of patients with headache disorders. Philip also enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, traveling, hiking and cheering on the University of Kentucky Wildcats and St. Louis Cardinals.

Julia Muehlbauer, PTA

Julia is a proud native of Maysville, Ky., where her passion for health, movement and community first began.

She earned her bachelor's degree in exercise science from Morehead State University, which provided her with a strong foundation in human performance and rehabilitation. She then went on to complete her physical therapist assistant degree at Maysville Community and Technical College. As a physical therapist assistant, her clinical interests focus on sports-related injuries and manual therapy. She enjoys helping patients return to the activities they love by improving strength, mobility and overall function through personalized, hands-on care.

Outside of the center, she loves coaching high school cheerleading and spending quality time with her family and friends. Being actively involved in her community and staying connected with others is an important part of who she is, both personally and professionally.

OrthoVive Joint Health

Dedicated to managing discomfort and loss of function, OrthoVive Joint Health meets you where you are in your osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease, journey, treating the condition and extending the life of your joint. Our therapists can enhance the results of non-surgical treatments and when surgery is needed, serve as your guide and coach maximizing the use of your new joint. Pediatric Therapy

We offer multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy services – physical, occupational, speech therapy – to help children reach developmental milestones and their full potential. Therapy methods are typically given in one-on-one sessions, using play-based activities to gain insight into how a child moves, thinks and expresses themselves. Small group therapy also can be helpful for some children to build social skills and communication. Additional specialized programs, such as feeding therapy, sensory/emotional regulation, toe-walking and torticollis, are also available at select locations. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience that enhances each child's participation in desired family, community and school activities.
